Sleep. Another day another night. The water is cool against my skin, soothing as it runs down from my head, cascading down my back like a cape and small bouncing droplets splashing around at my feet. It's tempting to lay down a bit. The water is a relief from the heat, my mind and soul sighing in relief, my body zinging and tingling with the sense if relaxation it brings. The water opens her arms to me as I sink in, caressing my skin with gentle touches, coaxing me deeper into her arms, to nuzzled against her like a cushion. The water is nice and welcoming, better than the sweltering heat that leaves my gut churning and my eyes watering and burning, my skin itching and begging to be ripped off, my mind cracking under the pressure and my soul whimpering in pain. The water is nice, I can fall asleep like this.
