2: Death And The Reaper

Death dies a thousand deaths
And comes again
To take as many as he can with him
He was as heartless as a beast
As dry as bones could be
White as the whitest ash
His robes ever haggard but beautifully kept
His blade sharper than Excalibur itself
He never walked but he ghosted
Feet never touching the earth
Searching for any soul he could reap
And he only came for those on his list
Those who deserved to follow him
     Guess who cometh
     The grim Reaper comes
     Mighty scythe in hand
     Ready to do the needful
To take those whose time had come
And yet, it is this very man that haunts my thoughts
Seducing me with the alluring thoughts of pleasure
That only he can give
Promises that only he can fulfill
He only wishes that I take his hand and go with him
He may be an entity on his own, but he is by far much more attractive than any man I had been privileged to see
He only wishes that I take his hand and be his
Be his bride
Be his companion
Be his queen
