"We have to find a way to tell him, Harry. He is so worried about you. I had to give him a sleeping aid so he would sleep." Hermione said softly. "I know, I do. They are going to admit me. Narcissa hasn't been feeling well, is it possible, if They won't let Phoenix stay...You and Ron to watch him? I'll be home in a few days." Harry asked. "I'll need to talk to Ron, but I'm sure we can work that out. Harry, what kind?" She frowned. "It's a tumor, one they can only remove some of... hopefully Chemotherapy/radiation will take care of the rest of it. Something I can't even start for a couple weeks, so I can recover some form the surgery." Harry said, feeling the kiss on his cheek. "I'll find a nurse to wake Draco, once I've talk to Ron." Hermione said. "I still..." Harry said. "I know, but we will try and make him understand." Hermione said.

Ron frowned. Hermione wasn't sure if Harry was downplaying how bad his cancer was, and that scared her. She had been crying. Ron got to his feet and pulled her close. "I'm...guessing it's bad?" Ron asked. "It's not good, nor am I sure if he is telling me everything." She said, before she sat the both down. "Harry has cancer...It's a bad disease. My understanding for now, is they are going to do surgery And then start him on some medicine called chemotherapy, but the medicine can, and very likely, make him sick." Hermione said. "So...is he going to be okay?" Ron asked. "He think so, but it can be very hard to determine. However... Narcissa isn't feeling well, and Harry wants to know if we can keep Phoenix until he comes home form surgery." Hermione said. "Draco might not be my friend...yet, but I have came to accept it. I do like the company of the baby. Even if I didn't, This is an emergency. Yes, will keep the baby." Ron said, giving her a light kiss. "Thank you. I need to find a nurse to wake Draco up. I'd say, the surgery is set for the morning hours, but he needs to know."

It was very difficult to get Draco to understand. It made it worst that Phoenix wasn't allowed in the room and only Draco was. Draco was just hanging up the phone. He called his mom, to let her know Hermione and Ron were stoping by to pack a few things up for Phoenix, who could be staying with them for up to ten days. The doctors wasn't sure how quickly Harry would be home. "Are...you guys sure you don't mind to watch him." Draco whispered, drying off his face, again. "I'm sure." Hermione said, locking her arms around his body. "We'll even set you a spot up in living room, for when you come to check on little man." Ron said. "They...didn't really like the idea of me wanting to stay ever night..." Draco mumbled. "Only because Harry is going to have to rest, Draco. I know it's difficult to understand, and the first couple days, he'll be in the ICU. I really suggest once he is our of surgery, come stay with us a couple days. They aren't going to let you stay but an hour or two in the room with him, until he is move." Hermione said softly. "I don't understand why not. I'm not sick." Draco half sobbed. "I know, but Harry's...body is going to be weakened because of the surgery and even worse when he starts the treatment. He could easily pick up something off anybody, not just you. Its going to be something we all have to watch for, untill he overcomes this. It's not going to be easy, but you guys aren't alone." Hermione said. "Let us come get you, once Harry is out of surgery." Ron said after a pause and Draco frowned but shook his head.

Two days later, on Draco lend down, giving Harry a light kiss on the forehead. Harry was weak and hurting form the operation, but Draco wouldn't leave until Harry told him it would be okay. Harry told Draco to go with Hermione and Ron, to spend time with their baby. "I love you, Harry." Draco said softly. "I....ove...ou...too." Harry mumbled. "I promise, I'll be back tomorrow, during the stupid tiny window they'll let me back here." Draco said and Harry just slowly nodded.

Ron pulled up beside the wall Draco was sitting at outside the hospital. "I... didn't know you drove." Draco whispered, but climbed in the car. "Hermione thought it was a good idea. She charmed it. So you don't have to worry about anything like that." Ron said and Draco turned to see the empty carsit. "He was still asleep." Ron said and Draco nodded, before fastening the belt and Ron drove off. "Is he dying? Neither one...will tell me." Draco half cried. "They don't believe he will...but it's not going to be easy, Draco." Ron said. "I know you don't understand, but I can't...loose him, not after everything." Draco whispered. "We don't believe you will, Draco. Just...have faith." Ron said.

Hermione took Draco to the small second bedroom of the house they were renting and pushed opened the door. They fixed up the room so he could share it with Phoenix. It was just an air mattress and a playpen, a small foot dresser was bought for clothes, Tv and dvd player on the floor and a couple of DVDs Ron picked up at the market. "It's...the best we could do. Ron thought you rather share the room with Phoenix, and we really don't have much extra cash right now." She admitted, before getting locked into for a hug. "It's perfect, thank you." Draco cried, before he walked over to the playpen. Phoenix was down to his diaper but was a very happy baby boy sleeping.
