The garden was large and beautiful. It was a calm place for Aurora. It was big enough for her to run around in the slick grass. The birds would play a chorus along with the wind chimes creating an orchestra. The dancing branches of the huge apple tree in the middle, surrounded by the falling apples. The splash of colour from the red and purple clematis and roses with a perfume aroma.

"Aurora please don't run too far!" Yelled one of the guards.

"Yes..yes", Aurora rolls her eyes, she has almost forgotten that at least a score of guards was behind her.

She looks around and sees a couple of bunnies hopping toward her. Aurora bends down to pet their fluffy heads when the guards start to surround her.

"Hey what are you doing!"

"We're just trying to protect you, princess"

"Seriously? It's a bunny!". Aurora stomps her foot, the guards have always done this. Always being on high alert, ready for danger. Even when there isn't any. Aurora could be sniffing some flowers and they will tackle it to the ground claiming that it was poisonous.

Before Aurora could do anything the bunnies quickly hop away. "Great", she thought.

To the left of her, was a fountain. Aurora always loved sitting by the fountain and just watching the sky come by.

"Okay, if I can't touch the bunnies then can I please just sit by the fountain?"

The guards all look at each other.

Aurora sighs, "I promise I wouldn't sniff any flowers or touch any bunnies or whatever, please, I just need space".

"Fine. But don't go too far", said one of the guards.

Aurora slowly walks over to the fountain, she looks over her shoulder and sees the group of guards, all 10 of them, staring very closely. She steadily sits down and crosses her leg over the other. "Just for once, I would like some alone time". She looks up at the sky, the radiant clouds blending in together, the clouds looking like fine cloth that she could pull out and tread. Aurora closes her eyes and breathes. The fresh air that she has been deprived of for weeks, blows in her face. "If only every day was like this". She thought. Aurora could feel the warm sunlight all over her body. As she was enjoying the moment an unfamiliar shadow cast over her.

"Ugh must be one of the guards", she thought, "as if just sitting was dangerous". Aurora opens her eyes, expecting to see a guard, instead sees a man. Behind him, guards were all knocked down and now laying on the ground.

"Um, what's going on?"Aurora looks up and slowly stands. The man smiles, his cold black eyes looking up and down at Aurora. "Don't worry, this won't hurt".

"What won't hurt?", she tilts her head. Just then Aurora feels a hard object hitting her head. It knocks her down to her knees. "Ow! What the hell!".

"Oh aren't you strong? Princess."A woman said behind her, holding a bat over her shoulder.

"Well, at least I get to hit you again". She swings the bat, hitting Aurora in the forehead, forcing her whole body flat on the ground.

"Don't worry, she's still breathing", The man said, checking her pulse.

"Okay? And? What's next?", the woman asked.

"Now. we put her in the truck". The man smiled wickedly.
