Madara raced after the men, following them down an alleyway. Izuna was draped over one of the men's shoulder, barely moving. Shouting out to him would be completely pointless if he was just as drugged as the rest of them. It would also mean that the men would know Madara was after them. The only option was to catch them off-guard and snatch Izuna away.

Madara used his full speed and strength to start scaling the walls that surrounded the alleyway. He lunged from side to side until he was several feet above the men. They still seemed unaware of his presence so now was the best time to attack. Madara dropped down from the height he was at and landed a blow on the one not holding Izuna.

With one of them down, Madara had his attention on the one with Izuna. He was a husky man with scars covering his body. Most of his head was covered by a scarf, likely hiding more scars underneath. His eyes glowed a bright blue through the darkness, confirming he was indeed a vampire.

Madara reached for Izuna, hoping the man was caught off-guard enough to not have a complete hold on him. His fingers barely grazed his brother before the man tossed Izuna to the side. That was something Madara wasn't expecting to happen. Fists and kicks were immediately flying between the two men at an unimaginable speed. Madara felt confident he could handle him until suddenly the other vampire joined into the mix.

Madara was entirely on the defensive now. He was barely landing blows on the two men, and was completely dodging and blocking their strikes. They were strong and fast, but it was still manageable for Madara. If he managed to get the timing right, he could take both of them down. However, that was until his grip on reality started to slip again. He was no longer able to focus on keeping himself clear-minded now that he was trying to fight. His energy was entirely spent on avoiding fatal blows. Every move he made was beginning to become sluggish and slow. Their appearances were morphing into visions of Hashirama again, making him hesitate more and more.

"Ha-Hashirama---"

A strike to his head sent him flying backwards. It was a rough hit, but thankfully it was enough to snap him back to reality again. The men were racing towards him, hoping to take him out while he was down. Madara braced himself for their attacks, but was surprised to feel a gust of wind rushing past him. Hashirama and Tobirama were rushing in for his rescue.

Hashirama jumped over the vampire that lacked any visible scars and landed with his head in his hand. The headless body fell over next to a triumphant Hashirama. Tobirama bombarded the scarred vampire, tearing his arms completely off at the shoulder to render him useless.

The two brothers dispersed to their respective lovers. Tobirama gathered Izuna in his arms, while Hashirama attended to Madara.

"Are you okay?" Hashirama cooed, kneeling beside Madara.

"I'll be fine once we get out of here," Madara assured. "Let's get answers from that armless fucker and move on."

Just as they rose to their feet and gathered back together, something completely rattled each of them to their bones.

"Hey, Kakuzu?" the beheaded vampire spoke. "Once your arms are back, can you reattach my head, please?"

"Di--Did he just speak?" Hashirama gasped.

Their eyes shifted over to the other vampire by the name of Kakuzu, and found him standing up onto his feet. His arms appeared to be growing back---something that was supposed to be impossible even for a vampire.

Madara's eyes widened in fear. "What the fuck--"

"Let me get rid of these pests first, Hidan," Kakuzu growled.

"Oh, c'mon!" Hidan grumbled. "I want in on the action, too!"

The men were unsure of what to exactly think. When a vampire is beheaded, they die. When their limbs are tore off, they can't grow back. There is supposed to be no special magic or abilities added to a vampiric transformation.
