“So… what do we do now? He’s completely out cold.”
Iori-sensei pinched her forehead, “I guess we’ll have to take him back to Kyoto. Ieiri said it should be fine; apparently, he only fainted from shock.”
“He doesn’t look fine at all…” Mai mumbled, “Plus, isn’t it inconvenient to leave without getting anything while we’re here?”
“We can’t just leave Yoshimori here. And why do you suddenly want to buy souvenirs?” Mechamaru turned to her.
“There’s an Aeon nearby. I’d like to get some new clothes.”
“Seriously?”
Miwa looked at your unconscious body. “Sorry, Yoshimori…”

Mechamaru dragged you on the ground like a potato sack until Mai came across a bench near the store. She flopped you onto it, which also brought some worried stares from onlookers.
"Hmm… Do you think anyone will notice?"
"I think we should pose him more like this." Mai yanked you into position and made it look like your knees bent the wrong way.
Mechamaru, Miwa, and Iori-sensei stared at you with a bit of pity.
"Voila! Time for some shopping!"
Iori-sensei sat next to you, watching over her tossing-and-turning student as the others went off somewhere.
Mai shoved your body aside to make space for the things she bought, taking up a good chunk of the seat.
"By the way, does anyone want to go buy some mochi? There's a store nearby; not to mention it's cheap."
"Sure! I wonder if they sell the cream-flavored ones. Iori-sensei, do you want one, too?"
"What about Yoshimori?"
"I can wait with him," Mechamaru sat down, "it's not like I can eat mochi, anyway."
Miwa and Mai scurried away to buy themselves some treats, Iori-sensei following suit.
