Ashfurs Secret

3RD PERSON POV

The spotted Tom quickly got deathberries and hid it in a bird, firestar will definitely fall for this. The Tom thought, "firestar, do you want to eat this bird?" "Oh thank you Ashfur, I was actually starving." As soon as firestar took one small bite, he fainted, ashfur quickly ran up the high rock and said, "firestar has died, for now on I am Ash'Star." All the cats were confused, they wanted to know how firestar died. They didn't ask since they had better things to do then ask questions.

SANDSTORMS POV

Firestar just died! leafpool and squirrelflight are sleeping in the warriors den! how will I tell them?! I thought, I tried not to think about it too much, but I still thought about it. It's like trying to stop doing something! I decided to talk to dustpelt to distract myself from that thought, "Sad that your mate died eh? Don't worry, I'll always be with you." "Thank you." Sandstorm said. I thought that was a flirt, But I didn't didn't think of him as a mate.

ASHFUR POV

it was getting late and my deputy said to me, "ashstar? Should we tell everyone to sleep now?" I nodded as a sign of 'yes, we should.' Darkstripe asked for permission to tell everyone to sleep, and I said yes. Dark stripe ran up the high rock, and told everyone to go sleep in their dens, I went in the leaders den and laid down after darkstripe was done.

3RD PERSON POV

Ashstar pretended to sleep and closed his eyes, after ashstar heard not a single noise, he snuck out to go meet scourge, "oh ashfur, always sneaking out? Go back before firestar notices." "Actually I'm the leader now, so I'm ashstar." Scourge was confused, he chuckled and told ashstar to go back before his CLAN notices. Ashstar said goodbye before leaving. But then, he changed his mind. "Scourge, can I stay her for the night?" He asked, "I thought you were leaving Ashf- Ashstar!" "Well, I changed my mind. So can I stay?" Scourge sighed with annoyance. "Fine... you can stay." "Alright, I'll need to do some stuff before I do ANYthing." Scourge wasn't listening to Ashstar one bit, he was too focused on a rat. "H- Hey! Are you even listening to me?!" "Hm? Oh, I forgot. Sorry that I'm too focused on food to LISTEN to you." He said sarcastically, hoping that would annoy the other cat. "Ugh, I'll just do what I was about to do." Ashstar hissed. Scourge grinned, he was happy that Ashstar was mad. "Be angry all you want, I'm still not gonna listen to you." Ashstar rolled his eyes, he was swift as a hare and was back in a minute. "Woah woah! How did you get back so fast?" "I don't know." He tried to say, his mouth filled with stuff. "Is that just a bunch of prey? Come on! You need other stuff then just food right?" Ashstar dropped the prey and replied, "Well, you were distracted by a rat!" "Shh! Don't wake up the BloodClan cats." Scourge whispered, Ashstar rolled up, his head facing his torso, and his tail wrapped around his body. Scourge always said Ashstar was quite flexible, but not this flexible. He had so much flexibility that he could do cat spilts! At last, both of the toms were asleep, waiting for the next moon, quietly cuddling.
