Unknown: I'm going to pick you up after school little one
Harry smiles at his phone underneath the desk of his maths class. He felt the buzz in his pocket at the start of class and he's been smiling at it all lesson—so much so that Niall has started to notice from sitting next to him.
"I like your outfit today." Niall comments to try ease himself into finding out who Harry is texting. "The pick cardigan looks adorable on you."
"Aw thanks Ni-Ni!" Harry smiles quietly and looks down at his outfit again.
Today he is wearing a white skirt with a matching white shirt, paired with an huge, oversized pink cardigan that swallows Harry completely but in the cutest way possible.

Niall smiles back but grins to get impatient, he decides to just go in for the win and ask Harry straight up. And yes, if you haven't noticed Niall is a very nosy person.
"Who are you texting?" Niall smirks, especially when he sees Harry's cheeks start to heat up.
Harry looks down at the screen again and realises he should probably change the contact name—so he does. He types in the name 'Lou <3' before turning to Niall.
"Um Louis.." Harry whispers so the teacher doesn't notice them talking.
"Did you guys sort things out?" Niall whispers back with a smile.
"Yeah...he um- he asked me on a date!" Harry says quietly while trying to hold in his excitement.
"Really? Oh my god!" Niall whispers again with the same level of excitement.
"Yeah and he's picking me up after school today." Harry smiles smugly making Niall laugh at how adorable he looks.
"Well have fun and use protection-" Niall snorts making Harry gasp and smack Niall's arm.
"Niall!" Harry hisses with a whine.
"Horan, Styles!" The maths teacher warns with a frown.
Niall just laughs while Harry bows his head on embarrassment and mumbles out a small 'sorry sir' before slipping his phone back into his pocket subtly.
For the rest of the lesson the pair are silent but every so often Niall will stifle a laugh when he remembers the conversation—how Niall can still find something funny after so long is a mystery to Harry.
Harry just tries to zone out while trying to keep his excitement under control, unable to wait until after school when he can finally see Louis again.

The day is pretty uneventful other than the fact that Harry kept jumping around in excitement every time Niall would mention Louis. Liam also caught on to the fact that Louis and the younger boy are kind of a thing which he smiled at—he loved seeing Harry that happy for once.
