Chris POV

I was sitting on the countertop waiting for Steve to respond. He was sipping his water that De'Asia gave him. His probation officer was watching my every move. Like b!tch I'm not your probee. Pay attention to his bipolar a*s.

He finally put down the bottle of water. "I'm sorry Chris and De'Asia. Also I'm sorry to Nevaeh. I'm sorry I caused y'all so much pain. It's not y'all fault I can't move on." De'Asia looked at me. "Can't?" "Yes, can't." She got up and left out the kitchen. I looked at Steve. "Was that it?" "Yes."I looked at his probation officer. She was staring me down. "Could you stop looking at me like that?" "Sorry." she said looking down. "Y'all can leave now."They got up and I let them out. Now where in the world did De'Asia go?

De'Asia POV

I was sitting in the tub. There was no water in it. But I was just sitting in it. Nude.I was thinking. I turned the water on.I heard someone on the bathroom door. "De'Asia?" Chris said."Yeah." "Are you ok?" I thought about it. No. I wasn't. I was having second thoughts. About everything. About having Nevaeh and Kris. About marrying Chris and not Steve. Just thinking about things that happened in my life."Yeah." I lied."Can I come in?" he asked pouting."I just want to be alone right now Chris." "Ok." I heard him say walking away.I slid down into the water. So my head was underwater. I sat there for a couple of seconds and then came up for air.30 minutes later I got out of the tub. Then got dressed. Chris was sitting on the bed. He looked up at me. He got up off the bed and lifted me up. "Baby don't be mad." "I'm not mad." "Uh huh. Don't lie I know you De'Asia."I looked in his brown eyes.  "What am I thinking about?" "I didn't say I was psychic. I said I know you. There's a difference babygirl." "I know."He looked at me. "De'Asia Browning Brown..... That's annoying." he said causing me to laugh.Then a baby started crying. "It's princess." Nevaeh called from the living room. "I'll get her. You chill out. I love you De'Asia." "I love you to Christopher." "Yo. Don't say my whole government." "I didn't  CHRISTOPHER MAURICE BROWN." "You lucky I don't know your name young one."I laughed while he walked away.
