What are they: a fear of sharing your feelings in case they're used against you or misunderstood, she herself full of fear of losing those closest to her or being alone forever

Likes: "helping" patients, people praising her for her help, enjoys giving people companions and friends. Children and "babies"

Dislikes: failing to "help" or seeing someone completely alone

∆Pet/Mini monster helper: has cages of "therapy" or "service" animals, mainly feral, wild looking rabbits, birds, rodents, dogs, and cats. A few are nice and will help you though, easy to tell which are which as the nice ones are regular sized and more docile whereas the hostile ones will be aggressive and violent and typically be larger or more distorted with off color bits, like red eyes or blue fur as examples. She has a particular wolf like dog, (as seen in the picture above) who is named "Mishka"

∆Extra: The Therapist will "observe" or stalk her "patient" until she knows something that's wrong, trying to fix it herself. Often this is twisted. Don't like your eating habits? She'll rip out your stomach, starve you, or stuff you to the point of bursting with food. Think you're ugly? Bye bye face.

∆Other: Esther has two favourite kinds of cases. One being where the patient is in need of physical torture like "shock therapy" but instead to an extent that would completely fry your nerves and/or brain, or something along those lines of outdated types of therapy, especially ones now considered illegal or harsh. Her second favorite is labeled "companionship" if someone is entirely alone and she can't find something wrong she'll assume they're lonely! So she attaches the targeted patient with someone else who's lonely with either stitches or handcuffs that have no keys. Or cases where two patients don't get along. If she sees them fight she'll attach them with handcuffs/stitches and leave them to learn to get along. There are no keys. The only way to get them off is to either break them or cut off or damage your hand
