The moment Yun Chao opened his eyes, he saw men holding wooden sticks that caused the original owner's death. Ironically, the plot has already progressed up to this point.

His eyes were cold as it landed to the spot where Chen Ming and Li Yin are hiding. Yep. Li Yin is also there. In the original plot she was there listening to the cries of the original owner that lead to his death, not even feeling a bit guilty for what she'd caused.

Yun Chao opened his mouth, "Chen Ming, are you that impatient to take the number 1 spot from me in class? You cant do better than me so you simply resort to killing me in the name of avenging your lover, eh?"

Being number 1 is very important for Chen Ming. Though students settled on "Grade is just a number" mindset, Chen Ming is different. His family can be considered a rich family. Chen Ming can get what he desired and should be happy. But, unkown to all, he is just one of the illegitimate child of his father. Chen Ming is greatly favored by his father for his intellegence. His father told him that if he would always be the top 1 in school, then he'll be the heir. Chen Ming's desire is to be the heir of their big company and so he'll do anything what it takes to get it. Yun Chao wondered that if Chen Ming is really as intellegence as he should be, then why did he easily believe in his father that by simply being the top 1 would he really be chosen as an heir?

Chen Ming was shocked on how Yun Chao knew it was him and how he knew his plan. His mood dropped making Li Yin scared. Her always sunny and bright lover felt so different when compared to the one she's with. She comforted herself that it was because they were found out. She thought to herself that Yun Chao needed to die as to not spread anything.

"Continue." Chen Ming said. After he said this words, the men started hitting Yun Chao with the wooden sticks in their hands. Blood started dripping down from his head and everywhere around his body. Not a single spot were spared. Deep wounds were left and even Chen Ming and Li Yin were so uncomfortable so they went outside. Anyone who see his current state would feel a shiver down their spine, some would even vomit. Yet with all these, Yun Chao did not cried for help or even whimper. He just gritted his teeth and endured it all making the system scared and worried.

[H-host!! W-what are you doing!?! You could have bought an item to get out of this place!]

"Fool system. Of course I'm gonna use this to drag the 2 people to hell in the future." Contrary to his outer appreance, Yun Chao calmly replied to his system.

"Besides, didnt I took the Pain Reduction Pill. So basically I did not feel anything."

[Host! But the pill only has 50% pain reduction!]

Yun Chao innerly rolled his eyes at the system, "I took 2 so basically I dont feel anything at all."

[Th-then, why are you gritting your teeth?]

Yun Chao ignored his system. Of course for them not to doubt.

"System, be sure to take video of this scene. And the 2 people outside."

[Yes, Host.]

"Also, is there a pill that stops my pulse for a day?"

[H-host, you mean...]
