Kit felt lost.
Kit felt like he'd fucked up.
Kit felt like he'd pushed away the only person who ever really knew him. he knew he had, and it was all his fault.
it wasn't his intention to push Phoebe away. he wanted to talk to her about the kiss and spend time with her but every time he saw her with Bash or Joe or Will or Tobie or Yaz she looked happy and he didn't want to ruin her mood by bringing the kiss up.
so he put it off.
a week turned into two, into a month, into two months, into three...
he put all his focus into the show, channeling his emotions into making his acting as authentic as he could. which was exactly what he was doing right now...
due to a technical fault, he had to re-record a scene from three weeks ago, so his day off was filled with chatting to the lovely Olivia Coleman.
"and... cut. good job everyone. you can head off now we're done here."
Kit smiled at the director, hugs Olivia, heads over to his chair and opens his phone, not expecting the reception he gets when he sits down...
"shit..."
