The conversation around me that was previously taken place came to a complete stop as everyone looked at me mouth agape eyes wide. I looked down at my hands and was broken out of my trance when everyone began clapping and cheering and two pairs of arms wrapped around me.
"Izumi got her quirk!" "Woah did you see it? It was like an Angel!" "Soooo cool!" "Can you do it again?!" a bunch of voices could be heard as the teacher walked over ruffling my hair. "Congratulations Izumi ill contact your mom so you can get checked by a doctor" with that she walked off while everyone bounced around me happy.
They asked if I could do it again and when I went to instead of the white mist in my right hand there was a ball of water hovering over it and in my right hand was a small fire which was mixed with a black mist. It freaked me out so I stopped using it but everyone around me thought it was cool...
Time Skip two months
It was two months after I'd gotten my quirk and I'd been training it and keeping up with my martial arts. I had to go past my limits a lot and we were all surprised when we found out what my quirk was.
I had two different quirks which could be classified as six but there's the first one half light half dark or half dark half light my left side allows me to manipulate shadows and such then my right side allows me to manipulate light and such
My second quirk was elements, basically it's a mix between my parents since my Mom can pick up small things and my dad had a fire quirk it somehow became an elemental quirk. What was weird about it though was that the green vibrant hair I used to have was beginning to turn black. My green eyes that always seemed to sparkle began to turn a grayish blackish green still pretty to others but it was weird
I was beginning to look different from Izuku but I chalked it up as my half n half quirk. It turns our Izuku was quirkless but he didn't let that stop him. Im proud of him if he wants to be a hero I know he will be.
Today was a Saturday so I was off from my martial arts classes. I was walking around the mall with my best friend Izumakia we've been friends for two years. We were walking inside an anime store super cool by the way...
If I had known today would be the last day I'd see my best friend I would've never came here with her...I would've spent more time with her...I would've been a better best friend...
A villain came in and honestly it was a petty robbery but his quirk was pretty average. He was able to turn his body into different weapons. He produced multiple kinds of guns causing us all to freeze it took a while before pro heroes came...
But it was him he's the reason she's gone...the number two hero...Endeavor...his quirk is hell fire his flames are extremely hot and powerful...
He likes to make himself seem more intimidating hence why he made his face mostly fire. He's the one who came to 'save the day' in reality he just made it worse...
His flames caused the store to blow up in flames with his flames and the bullets flying around the store it caused the few people in here to cower in the corners of the store. The flames began to get bigger as me and Izumakia cowered in fear.
He kept producing his flames causing them to reach us. Izuma was quirkless yes I had a quirkless best friend and no I didn't care. After everything the fire was still going and I didn't notice the stray bullet that had lodged itself into my best friend...
Endeavor had saved everyone...everyone except me and Izuma. I sat on my knees putting pressure on the wound where the bullet was lodged in her heart. The flames grew as I called for help but it seemed calls fell on deaths ears. A ceiling beam over top of us began to make freaking noises as I tried keeping it up with my wind but as a five year old girl with no complete control of my quirk it was draining
Izumas skin began to her pale and her pulse was dropping. My arms began to shake as I began to weaken still calling out it seemed as though today would be my last day alive...with the little bit of strength I had left I created an Angel made out of my light side and sent it to find mom and Izuku before passing out but before I did I'd noticed the once bearing heart of Izuma had stopped she was completely pale as if she were a vampire and that's when I knew I'd lost my best friend a stream of tears flowed down my face as I saw a puff of air escape her pale almost blue lips
At the age of five years old I'd lost not only my best friend but my dreams of being a hero...Izuma was gone and soon I would be too...if I somehow make it through this I'll remember him the one who took everything from me...my best friend was gone, my will to live was gone, as was my dreams...I couldn't even save my best friend because I was so weak...let's face it...I'm not a hero
