How To Lose Her In 7 days

Day 4.1

I woke up early and prepared myself because I'm going to CJ's photoshoot today with Vogue. She invited me last night before she left my unit and of course, I didn't refuse.

I still need to continue my plan dahil hindi ko talaga maintindihan ang babaeng 'yon kung anong nakita sa 'kin. Kahit ano kasi ang gawin ko ay parang walang effect sa kanya at hindi pwede 'yon. I need to make her dislike me.

After I took a bath, I prepared my outfit and chose my favorite Christian Dior sunglasses. Just a cropped white long-sleeved button down a washed denim jeans and I'm good to go. I like my hair up today so I made it into a bun and grab a white shoulder bag to complement with my top.

While checking the things inside my bag ay may bigla akong naalala, so I immediately grabbed the toy and put inside my bag swiftly. Natawa pa ako dahil naalala ko na naman kung paano ko ito na-discover.

"Hoy! Ano 'yan ah?"

I was startled when Iryn showed up beside my car window so I stopped playing with my necklace.

"May pasabi-sabi ka pa kanina na ang corny ng Lato-Lato ko tapos ngayon naglalato-lato ka gamit 'yang Dior mong necklace na may dalawang bilog?!" Sabi pa nito saka humagalpak ng tawa. "Grabe ka na talaga ka-expensive, madame. Iba ka. Hindi na kita kinakaya!"

I felt like my cheeks turned red because of the extreme embarrassment. Na-curious lang naman ako kanina but I don't wanna try her toy because the clacking sound is so irritating.

Tawa pa rin nang tawa si Iryn but then she tossed the toy towards me. "Iyan, sa 'yo na lang. Huwag mo na ulit uulitin 'yang paglalato-lato mo kahit pa in Dior version, Loraine. Please lang."

"H-Hey, I don't-" Ibabalik ko sana 'yong hinagis niya sa 'kin but she strongly refused and left immediately.

I finished reminiscing that humiliating event when I reached the door, and now I'm excited to leave. It didn't take me so long to reach the venue 'cause it's not that far from my unit, and I was surprised nang may lumapit sa aking guard pagtapak ko pa lang sa entrance ng building.

"Ms. Loraine Tan?" He asked. The man looks harmless naman so I nodded.

He escorted me to the studio and told me na kinausap pala siya ni CJ to do it. When we arrived at the venue ay agad na itong nagpaalam kaya nagpasalamat na lang din ako agad.

"Good morning, pretty," CJ appeared from nowhere and flashed her gorgeous smile.

"G-Good morning," I answered, completely blown away. I don't know why, but I think her face is extra charming today, knowing that she's not wearing any make-up on. Just a bare face, but it will left you awestruck.

What's with this Alcantara, really? Geez.

"Thanks for coming. I really thought you won't show up today."

Hindi ko na siya tiningnan pa dahil hindi ko na gusto ang nararamdaman ko kapag nakikita ko ang mukha niya.

"You invited me and I told you already that I would come, so here I am," I tried my best to sound normal and thanks God I pulled it off just right.

"CJ, you need to get ready," called by a petite woman, whom I think was the organizer.

"Alright. Give me a minute," CJ replied and called another person. "Pen, come here, please."

Nagulat ako sa babaeng lumapit because aside from being tall, she also got the looks. Mukha rin siyang model.

"Yup?" said by the girl na tinawag ni CJ na Pen, and then she looked at me. It was a short glance but she was able to scan me from head to toe.
