<*Bangs around front door. Brings out plastic ball with mini ball innit. Opens plastic ball. Closes plastic ball. Opens plastic ball. Mini ball is not there. Stares into peep hole* MaGiC>

<Yes. Magic exists in this story and so does a murderous white bunny boy named Sam.>

<Please just pretend that this was before all the copper wall pranking at the beginning of the season. Once you make a mistake it's kinda difficult to fix :P>

POV: Grain, wait who's this Grain character?!

Mining was not an easy task and was very dangerous. Even with a beacon and armor you would still be knocked back by a skeleton shooting at you and fall. That always happened to everybody, even the professionals. Grian was one of those who fell off of structures very often. He had lost a life from being knocked of a cobble stone path in the air during Last Life after all.

So here he was, mining out a cave for his base. The task was a relatively simple task, just spawn-proof it, dig out more space so it was usable, that kind of things. It was supposed to be easy.

"OUCH!" exclaimed Grian. An arrow had hit Grian in the shoulder. He stumbled.

'Where did that come from?' he thought, he was starting to panic, it was Last Life Déjà vu he panicked. 'My elytra! I can just use that!' He thought. He was still falling. Why? His elytra, it had started to rip. He was falling. And falling fast. In a panic, he was surrounded by a blinding white light.

His eyes had tripled. One set of inky black beneath and one set of violet above his actual pair of deep red eyes. On his back he had also sprouted 4 wings with the galaxy on each feather. He crashed onto the ground.

The thing is, Divine Beings, such as Watchers, contain so much magical energy that when they crash into the ground, he excess energy releases and creates rift. So when Grian fell to the ground, a rift had opened up.

He groaned. His inky black, and violet eyes closed and disappeared. His wings folded into his back.

"Oh My Prime Watcher. It opened a rift?! *sigh* I'll just cover it up with multiple layers of glass."

Hours of work went into the rift. Multiple layers of glass, multiple stacks of endrods, and not to mention the terraforming. It was a nuisance mind you, merely falling down to the ground and then rifts open? No wonder people saw Watchers as graceful beings because after all, they couldn't afford to fall and risk any danger.

Grian sighed, took a leave and walked out of the newly terraformed cave.

He was extremely unaware of what he had gotten into. And was definitely unaware of the broken glass at the edge and the sound of a person jumping down from the glass.
