Ace pov

Just as I was about to enter the house I heard a shout.
"(Y/n)! Dont run your wound will get worse!"
Magra shouted as i was able to hear them running around.

"Nope nope nope, i hate needles!"
(Y/n) shouted as she ran out the house, towards the woods.
"Ace, luffy catch her!"
Magra and Dogra shouted at the same time, i nodded as i started to run in the same direction.

"Wait for me!!"
Luffy shouted from behind me as he also followed, of course he stayed a bit behind as i was faster. As i ran through the forest i was barely able to see (y/n), she is so fast that im not able to catch up to her. But as i was familiar with the place i took a short cut, of course i was still behind her, but i was able to see her more clearly now.

From the direction that we were heading, i knew that we were near a cliff which meant two things. She would be surrounded, and it could get a bit dangerous as she didn't know the layout well.
"Y/n! You need to stop! Your running towards a cliff!"
I shouted, luckily catching y/n as she seemed to slow down, it didn't take long before she stopped completely in the opening.

She was near the cliff but not dangerously close
"Y/n..you need to get...stitches"
I said in between pants, y/n glanced at me before looking down the cliff
"You cant jump, you'll die. Come on before your wound gets worse"
I took a few steps towards her as i tried to get close, but that only made her retrieve backwards a bit

"Come on y/n, why is it your scared of needles but not of getting hurt?!"
I got a bit annoyed as i could of been resting in bed instead of chasing after her
"Because i am, and this will heal in no time. I have a very fast healing regeneration"
She said proudly as she crossed her arms, but that wasn't fooling me as blood was still dripping form her wound

*sigh*
"Well i cant make you get stitches but you need to at least get that wrapped"
I said making her think about the option, which made me get a bit irritated as she still didnt seemed convinced
'Why should i brother to help her when she doesnt want help, ill just let her be'
I turned on my heals and started walking back,
'Shell go back once shes in a lot of pain'

Y/n pov

'Guess he's right that i should get this wrapped up, but that'll take to much time to heal'
I turned to look at the view of the sea, as much as i wanted to jump from here it would be dangerous, there were rocks in the bottom that could seriously hurt me.
"N/n you run to fast,"
Luffy exclaimed as he fell to the ground as he tried to catch his breath

I chuckled as i walked up to him
"Sorry luffy"
I said as i crouched next to him, his worried face soon turned into a smiling mess
"What are you laughing about?"
I asked as luffy sat up

"You're the fist person who could outrun Ace, your pretty amazing n/n!"
Luffy giggled with a big grin on his face, making me chuckle
"Whats so cool about that, and whats with the name?"
I asked

"Ah its your nickname, i thought it suit you"
Luffy said
"Its a pretty nickname, thank you"
I chuckle as i stood up
"Anyways you should be heading back, its getting dark"
I added as i helped luffy to his feet

"What about you n/n?"
Luffy asked
"Ill go in a bit, im just gonna go on a stroll before i need to get this patched up"
With that luffy left as i walked and found a way to the beach, once down i walked the sandy beach looking at how pretty the sun was setting in the sea.

'I guess ill just heal it and wrap it up so they wont see that its gone'
I walked to the sea and cupped some water bringing it to my cut, the water healed my wound as it dripped down my arm and in a second the wound was gone.
I studied it before ripping a piece of my shirt and wrapping it tightly, after i was satisfied i walked back up the mountain to the cabin. By the time i had gotten their it was already nightfall and it seemed like everyone had gone to bed, everyone except dandan.

"Oi kid hows your wound? you bandaged it?"
She asked as i walked inside, she didnt make eye contact but it seemed like she was worried.
"Yes, sorry for causing trouble"
She sighed before throwing her cigar away
"At least you know that you caused trouble, go to sleep now"
Was all she said as she laid down and fell asleep

'At least she isnt making me show her'
I walked to the room i had been shown and grabbed the folded blankets, laying them on the ground as i tried to make myself confortable.
'I should leave before i cause them more trouble'
As the thought mingled in my mind i soon fell asleep.

'Whats that feeling, it feels like someone is grabbing my hand'
I froze with the thought as i slowly opened my eyes, it was still dark but i could make out the silhouette of ace. Before i could process what he was doing he froze as his eyes scanned my arm.
'Shit'

I quickly rose up and covered his mouth with my hand, he looked at me with shocked eyes as i mentioned with my finger for him to be quite
"As long as you dont shout ill answer your questions, you understand?"
He nodded and i removed my hand, he still seemed a bit shocked but he tried to hide it
"What happened to your wound?! Why isn't it there?!"
He asked in a shocked voice, trying not to raise it

I sighed as i sat up completely
"I told you i had a fast healing regeneration"
I said with a smirk, ace didn't seem pleased as he rolled his eyes
"Alright alright but don't give me attitude kid, and before i tell you promise me that you'll keep it a secret"

Ace seemed more curios now with the secret part as he raised an eyebrow
"I have something along the lines of healing powers"

"So a devil fruit?"
He asked now with his curiosity gone
"Uuuh nooo...you could say its something like magic but its more complicated than that"

"Then explain it"
Ace said casually as if he had all the time in the world, but i didn't as i felt tired from all the running around
"Ill explain it to you when your older, for now go to bed kiddo"
I said as i laid down
"Don't call me kiddo!! Your a kid as well!!"

Ace raised his voice a bit as i turned to look at him with a slight smirk
"Then why are you getting all riled up? Heh, isn't that something kids do?"
I snickered making him more furious as he stood up and stomped out the room
"You'll see who the real kid is soon!"
Was the last thing he said as he quietly slammed the door shut, leaving me once more in the peaceful darkness

'He'll forget about it soon, kids always forget'
With the thought lingering in my mind i soon was taken over by sleep once more.
