Ji Eun was alone curled up like a ball on her bed, knees held closely to her chest, face resting on her knees as tears rolled down her face. The pain, insecurity, anger, and a dozen of other emotions she was feeling right now were all coming out as tears. there was no one she could share it with.

It had been 7 months since Jimin and Ji Eun started dating. After that night everything was going nice and smooth and Ji Eun thought that Jimin was finally, as she had hoped, in love with her because he had started sharing things about his personal life like his family and his past relationships, about Laila, with Ji Eun. But maybe that was just Ji Eun's imagination. As days passed Jimin started to distance himself. He would not come over to her place or the cafeteria for weeks. He had been on and off with Ji Eun for a few months now. Sometimes he would be all sweet and lovey-dovey but most of the time he would just come, have sex, and leave and if she would try to say no or try to confront him he would get annoyed and shout at her. He was treating her like some sex toy.
Ji Eun was in love with him but that doesn't mean she is stupid. She could sense that Jimin was just coming to her for her body, She didn't want a relationship like this. Every time Jimin left it was like someone was stabbing her heart multiple times. She could not bear the pain anymore.
She got up from the bed wiping her tears and headed to her closet. She was going to confront Jimin and clear things up. If Jimin doesn't love her then it will be the end of this toxic relationship. She washed her face and went out walking to Jimin's place (the temporary one, Ji Eun knew it wasn't his actual place, Jimin had told her, he had told her about the boys and their girlfriends as well).
Time Skip to the house-
Ji Eun knocked on the door and waited. Soon Jimin opened the door. He was shirtless and looked like he had just gotten up from bed. (It was 11 at night)
Jimin: "what are you doing here this late?" He asked in his deep voice as he let her in and closed the door behind her.
Ji Eun: "Jimin I want to t-talk to you..." she was trying her best not to burst into tears in front of Jimin.
Jimin: "Hmm... what is it? make it fast-"
"Jimin Do You Love Me? " She asked with sparkling eyes.
Jimin stared into her eyes for a moment to try and understand what she meant and seeing her expressionless face with teary eyes was enough to understand she was serious. He looked down before looking back at her as he shook his head answering- "No!", He, too had no emotions on his face as looked right into Ji Eun's eyes but soon looked away not being able to keep looking at her teary eyes. He felt his heart clench as he looked at Ji Eun, her tears finally making their way down her cheeks.
Ji Eun: "Not even for a moment?" the words came out as a whisper- she was desperate.
"No" hearing him say this she chuckled trying to not cry hard.
