Jieun POV- next day (afternoon)

Jieun- Jiya come here baby...

Jiya- yes momma?

Jieun- You know that your appa is going back to Korea tomorrow?

Jiya sadly hung her head down while replying in a small sad voice- "yeah... he told me in the morning when he called"

Jieun- hey don't be sad my little princess... if you will be sad appa will be sad too right

after she nodded I continued speaking- "hmm I was thinking how about we go to the airport tomorrow to see him off? that way you'll be able to see him one more time before he leaves..."

Jiya's eyes lit up at my words as she jumped onto my lap facing me before hugging my neck "really mommy? we'll go see appa before he goes?"

Jieun- well we can go if you want to ...

Jiya- YAYYY!!! YES YES YES I WANT TO!!!

She started jumping around on the couch while I just giggled at her happiness to meet her appa... "okay okay now calm down little bug... I'll have to ask him his flight timings so we can go, so let me ask first yeah?"

Jiya returned to my lap keeping her head on my chest tired from all the jumping she just did- "okay mommy, don't forget to ask him! but mommy after he leaves when will I be able to meet him?"

Jieun- he told you right he'll video call you every day to talk to you and see you~

Jiya- but that's different... I want to see him everyday face to face not on call *pout*

Jieun- I'll find a way for that too baby but it'll take a little time *making the gesture with two fingers*

time skip

it was the day Jimin and the boys were leaving for Korea and I was getting Jiya ready to leave.

"momma, do I look pwettyy~?"

Jieun- of course sweety! my baby is the cutest and the prettiest. -I replied tickling her tummy making her burst into laughter while I held her to not let her fall off the bed. her laughter made me giggle as I continued to do her hair...

Jieun- aaaand done! go see in the mirror~

Jiya ran to the mirror climbing up the chair in front of the mirror so that she will be able to see herself in the mirror... she giggled looking at her reflection as I went to stand behind her making sure she won't tumble off...

Jiya- I like it mommy~

Jieun- of course you do after all your momma did it right~ she nodded her head saying yes while she giggled

Jieun- ok now let mommy do her hair so we can leave okk, until then you should go to the living room and play- call me if you need anything, and don't get hurt ok?

Jiya - yes mommy~

Jieun- good girl~

I took her to the living room settling her on the mat among her toys which were spread everywhere and headed back to the room to finish getting ready

I was kinda excited and happy to see him before he leaves but on the other hand, I was also nervous since it would be my first time meeting some of the boys, and even though I have met Jin and Yoongi before it's not like we bonded or even talked properly, honestly those times were pretty bad and sad so definitely not the ideal first impression. Hopefully, all goes well and this will be a new start for all of us...

Jiya- let's goooo!-

Jieun- yeah yeah we are leaving miss impatient~
