The Bullied Legendary Trainer (Revising)

After the reveal of Ash Ketchum as the world champion, the students were in complete awe and shock, realizing they were classmates with a champion.

However, a certain blonde was both happy and feeling guilty, slowly making her way toward Ash.

Ash headed to the locker room, and as soon as he entered, he found himself ensnared by two girls in a warm hug.

"That was awesome, Ash! You showed everyone that you're not a loser but a winner," Dawn cheered."I am so happy for you," added Leaf.

Ash smirked and decided to have some fun, saying, "Well, I would win, as I have two beautiful girls cheering for me." The girls broke the hug and looked away, blushing heavily.

"That was a hell of a match, Ash," Gary praised, standing at the door with a smile."Welcome back... Champion," he said, extending his hand.

 Ash reciprocated with a handshake, and they shared a smile."Well, Ash, have some rest. Smell ya later," Gary said, walking off.

 "You two coming?" he asked the girls.Reluctantly, the girls decided that Ash needed some alone time and went with Gary.

Ash then looked at Pikachu, grinning widely. "We did it, Pikachu. We finally did it," he exclaimed. Pikachu was equally delighted to see his trainer happy. 

"I missed this, Ash," Pikachu thought.

Ash reached for the locket in his pocket, opened it, and gazed at the photo of him and his mom. He smiled, saying, "Look, Mom, I told you that I would win, and I won."

 He wore the locket with a sense of accomplishment.---

"I am happy for Ash," Gary remarked as he and the girls strolled through the hallway.

"Me too," the girls chorused.

"Now the only thing left is getting him a girlfriend," Gary said, smirking. The girls didn't notice, but Gary knew they harbored a huge crush on the raven-haired trainer, though they were too shy to confess.

The girls froze in their tracks as they heard Gary's remark. Both were now contemplating the idea of Ash having a girlfriend.'No, he will not. He is only mine... Wait, what?' both girls thought simultaneously

.As they continued walking, they encountered a honey-blonde girl."Hey, have you seen Ash?" she asked.

'Why does she want to know where Ash is?' Dawn and Leaf wondered."Yeah, he was in the locker room," Gary replied.

"Thanks," the girl responded and went off.Dawn and Leaf exchanged curious glances but decided to follow their instincts.

Gary shook his head, puzzled by their sudden departure.Dawn and Leaf were tailing the girl, noting her elation and nervousness around Ash.

"Hold on a second," Gary said, waving his hand in front of them.

"Gary, you go; I have something to do," Dawn said, heading in the direction of the girl. "Me too," Leaf chimed in, following Dawn

Gary sighed and shook his head at their mysterious behavior.

Dawn and Leaf were curious about each other's motives as they continued following the girl.

"Dawn, what are you doing here?" Leaf asked.

"Ummm... I can't keep it to myself. I'm following that girl; she seemed too happy and nervous to talk to Ash," Dawn admitted.

 "And you?""Same," Leaf replied. Both knew something was up but decided to postpone the discussion."We'll talk about it later," Dawn said, resuming her pursuit of the girl.

As the girl reached the locker, she encountered Ash walking towards her. His surprised expression revealed that they hadn't spoken in a while.

"Uh... Hi, Serena," Ash greeted, only to be cut off as Serena launched herself into a tight hug.

Observing this from a distance, Dawn murmured, "So, that girl is Serena."

"Yeah, but we couldn't recognize her earlier as she was hiding her face," Leaf noted. Both were taken aback as they witnessed Serena hugging Ash, feeling a pang in their hearts.

"Why am I feeling like this? Am I jealous? No, I'm not, but I don't like seeing them like that," both girls thought simultaneously.

"I knew, Ash. I knew you were right and you are awesome," Serena expressed, realizing her actions and breaking the hug with a red face.

"It's okay," Ash reassured her.

"Well, Ash, I think I should go. Anyway, I don't think you even want to talk to me," Serena said and was going, but Ash grabbed her hand, stopping her.

"No, Serena, it's nothing like that. I know you believed in me, and I'm very happy about it.

"Really?"

"Yes, Serena. After all, we are friends."

"Friends..." That word stung, but Serena was determined to start anew. "Yeah, we are," she said, shaking hands. "And Ash, I wanted to ask you again... Do you like to join the student council?"

"Of course, Serena."

Overjoyed, Serena hugged Ash again, reciprocated by Ash. Meanwhile, the other girls observed, feeling a mix of jealousy and happiness for Ash.

"Okay, now I am really jealous but happy too that he got one more friend," they thought.

The duo reunited, and as they walked, they overheard voices they'd rather not hear.

"Hey, you loser!" Camel shouted.

Turning to the bullies, Ash asked, "What do you want?"

"How dare you embarrass us in front of the school?" Cabbage retorted.

"You should be grateful that Ash told Professor Sycamore not to expel you," added Serena.

"Grateful, my foot! You and I, a Pokémon battle. If I win, you leave the school, and I get the student council place and Serena," Camel challenged.

"Serena is not a kind of bet; she is my friend," Ash retorted, and Serena's heart fluttered at his words.

"Scared?" Paul smirked. Ash was about to respond when Serena put her hand on his shoulder, giving him an assuring nod.

The other girls, now clearly jealous, watched as Ash smirked, saying, "You're on."
