Time skip, they all already work. Hina work as a teacher, Senju and Yuzuha work as barista, Mikey as a police, Takemichi as a firefighter, Inui work in his motorcycle workshop, Mitsuya work as a designer, Kawata Twins work in Ramen shop and Chifuyu own a pet shop. Takemichi and Hina decided to married, since Takemichi will die in any time. The others agreed with Takemichi and Hina's decision, since they know that Hina and Takemichi love each other.
So, they both married. They all happy about it, especially Mikey, who is Takemichi and Hina's best friend. 3 months later, they both shocked after heard that Hina is pregnant four weeks. They both happy and inform it to the others, and they all happy for them
[1 month later]
*Hina and Takemichi are sitting at bench. The landscape is Cherry Blossom trees. They both smile*
Takemichi: This place is beautiful..
Hina: Mhm, it's very beautiful..
*Takemichi look at Hina*
Takemichi: Hina, can you promise me
something?
*Hina look at Takemichi and smile questionably*
Hina: Sure?
Takemichi: .. If I die, can you please
make Mikey-Kun as my
child's father?
*Hina shocked*
Hina: Huh..? Why—?
*Takemichi smile*
Takemichi: Well, I just feel a little bit
sick right now—
*Takemichi cough. Hina shocked and get up hurriedly to Takemichi*

*Takemichi cough and then his mouth are full of blood. Hina shocked*

*Hina yell to Takemichi. Everyone who is around there, look at them*
At the place, someone call an ambulance, since Hina ask for. And then when the ambulance take Takemichi, Hina go inside with him. During the way to go to hospital, Hina call Mikey and tell him about Takemichi's condition. Mikey shocked and hurriedly go to the hospital with his motorcycle. Naoto also come too, since Mikey were teaching him some technique to be a police, when Mikey got the call.
[At the hospital]
*Mikey and Naoto get out from the motorcycle and run toward the hospital. They both then see Hina, who is crying at waiting seats. They both run to her*
Mikey: Hina! Is Takemichi ok!?
*Hina look at Mikey and then tears coming out from her eyes even more*
Hina: Takemichi is— *sniff*
*Hina burst into tears. Naoto go and hug her*
Naoto: Shh.. It's ok, Hina.. don't force
yourself..
*Mikey look at them with scared and panic face. He then look at the emergency room*
Mikey: (Please be safe, Takemitchy..)
