School cheerleaders

Chapter 1: Go Fight Cheer!

"Come on Liza! Let's just try out!" Gabby said

"No way! I'm just going to be made fun off!" Liza said

"It will be super easy and I'll be right here next to you the hole time" she'll crack thought Gabby.

"Oh fine! But if I get hurt its on you" the girls linked arms and skipped to tryouts. When they got there a couple of girls where stretching, good idea! Gabby sat down and stretched. "Come on Liza, get stretched!" Gabby looked at her BFF who was now stretching, but something looked wrong. It looked like she was hiding something...

Liza stretched both her legs and looked up. Gabby was staring at her, does she know her secret? "What?" Liza said. Gabby just shook her head.

"Listen up girls! Tryouts are in 10 minutes so if your not signed up please do so!" Katie -the head cheerleader- announced. She was the coolest girl in school and the prettiest. She's dating the hottest guy in school -Adam- and has the greatest fashion, she has everything!

"Alright lady's! Let's get started!" Katie said. A couple girls squealed and a couple just smiled, including Gabby. Liza couldn't say no to that face.

They all walked into the gym. "Ok, let's get started! If your not on the stage take a seat, who wants to start?" Katie's hand shot up like a rocket. "Ok, take the stage please" said coach Bergy. Katie got up on stage. "Go when your ready" coach said.

Katie took a deep breath. "Go Cougars!" She shouted. She did two back flips and a back bend. "Let's get pumped up p-u-m-p-e-d up! Go Cougars!" She did the splits. Coach clapped, she totally got in.

"I'll talk it over and tell you tomorrow" coach said. 4 more other girls tried out but they weren't nearly as good as Katie. Finally it was Gabby's turn.

She stepped up on to stage. She took a deap breath like Katie. "Go Cougars!" She chanted. She did two cartwheels and a round off but she fell. She heard a giggle and froze. Liza mouthed 'keep going'. Gabby decided to do a little dance. She ended in a high V. Coach clapped!

Next is Liza. She hopped onto the stage. She took a deap breath like everyone else. "Go pougars!" Oh no! "Can I start again" she asked,

"Only this time" said coach.

"Go Cougars!" Yes! Liza did a back bend and a cartwheel. She ended doing the splits but slipped and fell sideways. Oh no! Coach still looked impressed!

"Ok lady's! I'll see you tomorrow at school with the list!" Said coach. She walked away with her clipboard in one arm and a pen in the other.

"What do you think? Wasn't so bad, was it?" Gabby asked.

"I fell over! I didn't get in!" Liza started to cry. Gabby gave her a hug.

"You where great! Come on, let's go to my house. Want stay over?" Gabby asked. Liza nodded and they headed home.
