[Keep in mind each character is from my personal versions of each state/country, along with the fact that countries and states are obviously not actually humans. Please respect my work and of coarse enjoy the book. Also give me feed back on what you would like to see if I decide to continue the series.]

Ohio's POV:

"Uh oh." I dash down the hallway leaving an ice path on the floor, I stop as Mississippi appears in front of me. I quickly duck as one of his knives fly towards me, thinking as quickly as a guy who fucked up I turn down the hall next to me. "Uncle Canada!" I run ducking behind him. "What's going on here.!" I peek from behind my favorite Uncle to see Mississippi smile sweetly. "Oh, hey Uncle Canada!" Another knife is thrown at my head. "Eep!" I duck back down and to the side. "Oooo, shiny." Iowa's high again..... yeah this is definitely Delaware and Colorado's fault. Iowa then proceeds to try and grab a knife before tripping over back into Uncle Canada's arms. Texas came strolling in just as Mississippi threw another knife. Uncle Canada dropped Iowa leaving me to catch her, grabbing the knife mid air. "Mississippi!" "Sorry Uncle Canada." With a wave of Mississippi's hand the knives dissipate into white sparkles. Iowa then bursts into hysterical laughter while watching the sparkles fall. Uncle Canada lets out a deep sigh. "Ohio, take your sister upstairs please." I wrap Iowa's arm around my shoulder and carefully walk her up the stares. I can hear Texas and Uncle Canada talking to each other as I shut the door behind us. "Hey." Minnesota looked up from her book and smiles. She signed Hello, Minnesota is mute so she can't talk. "Do you mind watching over Iowa here? She nods and I walk Iowa over to her, laying her on her lap. "Thanks!" I dash out the door and peek from behind the corner to see what Uncle Canada and the others were doing.

Texas's POV:

I watch as Ohio drags Iowa up the stairs and into her room. "Mississippi, you start, what happened?" Mississippi looks up at Uncle Canada and shrugs before popping out of the hallway. "Really! Mississippi we are NOT done with this discussion!" Uncle Canada looks over to me. "And you?" I look up at Uncle Canada and take a deep breath. "Well, I don't know what happened but if I had to guess Kansas called Arkansas (Ark-An-Saw), Arkansas (Ar-Kansas)." I look over at the couch and remember Missouri. "Oh yeah, and Missouri heeled Kansas, then passed out." Uncle Canada sighs and walks over to Missouri checking his forehead. "He doesn't have a fever. Well Arkansas's out right now, we'll have to have a chat after this." He walks over to the kitchen. I just look around before walking outside and turn into the same bird as Arkansas. I know the limits of a Northern Mockingbird so I'm the best to find her. Honestly, I'm sick of you Arkansas. I'd rather be at home but instead I have to find you, again. I fly into the woods and land on a tree branch. "Go away." Arkansas was sitting on the branch in front of me on the other tree. "No, I don't think I will." I give smirk even though I knew she couldn't see me. "If I were to fly away right know, you wouldn't be able to fallow, this is the limit we can go." She's not wrong but I knew she wouldn't. "I'm just going to sit here." I sit down and we sit in silence.

Alabama POV:

I'm standing in the kitchen rummaging through the fridge looking for the peaches that Georgia had brought back home about a week ago. Where are they? I look up as Uncle Canada walks into the kitchen. He walks past me and down the hallway to Dad's office. What are you doing? I fallow after him and peek through the door and see Uncle Canada open up a door that I didn't know existed. I watch as he walks through the door and I quietly walk through after him. The hallway is damp and very dark. I make my way to the end of the hallway and peek into a large room. One of the walls has a big bookshelf with about 50 books filling it from top to bottom. I see Uncle Canada holding a separate book, he walks off to another room to the opposite side of the room shutting the door behind him. I wall I walk into the room taking a look at the wall that the entrance was on. Lining the walls were pictures of Dad and some of the other countries. One of the pictures is of Dad, Grandpa, Grandma, and Italy (I think) all in their respective army uniforms. In the middle of all the pictures were rifles, they didn't look like the riffles I use. I walk over to the bookshelf. What? Each book had one of our names on it, mine was first. I pull it of the shelf and run my hand along the leather barrier. In the center of the book was a picture of... me? I was in an army uniform holding a rifle, my face was full of fear and I had a crack running down my face, behind me there were two humans in military uniforms fighting. The civil war... I put my book back and pick up the book with Texas's book, he, well in this picture he's still a she, was on his knees with his hands over his face, behind him was Mexico and Dad, they had one hand on each of his shoulders. I was silent as I put his book back. I look at each book Hawaii and New York had the bombing of 9/11, Alaska was shown with melting snow and floods, each and every book had something horrible relating to them. I pick my book back up and start flipping through the pages. Spells? But I thought we already knew all of our magic. I flipped to a page. "Invisibility?" I take a look at the spell. Ah it's in Latin. Thanks for teaching us Latin Dad. I take a deep breath and began to read it out loud. " Veteres invoco vires aeris et maris, et peto ut mihi dones Invisibilitatis donum." I look down and see I can still see my hands. Welp guess it didn't work. I put my book back and began walking around again. I jump as I hear a loud noise from behind me and see Uncle Canada walk out of the room with a gun in hand. "U-uncle Can-" "I guess it was just me hearing things." The gun dissipates and he walks back in looking back one last time. Huh? But I thought it didn't work! I quickly grab Texas, California, Ohio, and my books and quickly dash out the door. I flip to the Invisibility page and read the reverse incantation. "Aer, ignis, terra et mare, quaeso, invisibilitatem meam converte." What's with the element bullshit. I walk off to go find my siblings. They need to know.
