Karl's POV:

Well, that's pretty much the end of this story. All that's left is a summary of where all of us ended up after this summer, which just so happened to be the best of my life. Who would've known that getting my scholarship revoked and having to leave school would've resulted in this. Maybe it's a sign that you should drop out of school.

Just kidding, that was a joke. Please don't do that.

We'll start with my youngest cousin, Toby. He eventually decided he wanted to go to school for editing, so he enrolled in August and has been going strong up until now. Ranboo is obviously still going to school for cinematography, but he'll graduate in a few years. Tommy, headstrong as always, refused to go to college, and instead continued to put all his time into the youtube channel he started when he was about fourteen. Surprisingly enough, he blew up, and he blew up quickly. Within a year he gained five million subscribers and became a popular choice among every kid.

Wilbur graduated in May, 2022, and got a job as a lawyer not long after. He proposed to his girlfriend a month prior, and their wedding is set to be in April of next year, which I'm pretty excited for. He's close as ever with all of us, along with his friends Niki and Fundy, who I've had the pleasure of getting to know better in the time where I was still living with Phil and Kristen.

Speaking of which, the two of them continued to thrive even after most of the kids moved out. Once he graduated, Wilbur got an apartment where he's currently living with Sally, which is one less kid in the house. George and I also moved out not long after for reasons I'll explain later, which only left Toby. He constantly talks about how lonely it is without us, but whenever I see him he seems to be managing just fine. He's told me he wants to one day move in with Tommy and Ranboo, but he doesn't know how soon he can make that happen.

Techno, after getting nicer, got closer to the five of us. We were friendly to him and him back, for whatever reason. He's actually a pretty good guy, so it sucks that he lives in LA and we can't see him very often. I'm not sure what exactly changed to make him not behave like a jackass, but part of me thinks that it has something to do with Nick. But if he knows, he refuses to tell me.

Felix hasn't bothered me once since the night of the party, Nick has made sure of that. If he even looks at me, Nick will glare knives into his soul. If he tries to talk to me when Nick isn't there, he somehow shows up, and Felix goes running. I talked to Sam about the situation and he made sure to talk to Felix as well as ensure that he and I never never ended up working together. Luckily, we never had any of the stalker problems Nick warned me about, so everything's been pretty dry on that side of things.

George and Clay moved in together in November after the summer I moved there, shortly after George's birthday. George began taking online classes to become an editor, and Clay went to school for coding. Together, they each started their own youtube channels, which also made it pretty big, for whatever reason. But, it's merely a side hobby and they plan to get other jobs upon graduation. You may think that they stayed in Texas, but you would be wrong. For whatever ungodly reason, they decided to move to Florida. How George went from living somewhere where it is never hot, to somewhere where it is always hot, to somewhere where it's always hot and humid stumps me.

Alex started law school around the time that Clay and George left after seeing how everyone around him was ready to move on with their lives. Nick actually made a bet with him that he wouldn't finish it, which only added to his determination. At first, I thought that law school was completely out of Alex's bubble of character, but the more I thought about it, the more it made perfect sense. The only thing is that you aren't allowed to swear in court rooms, which is something Alex finds quite hard.

I suppose that that just leaves Nick and I. Yes, we are still together; this is actually our second Christmas together. We stuck around the longest out of all of our friends without deciding to go to school or anything else, but it was worth it so we could stay together. At our six month anniversary, Nick was accepted into the military in Oregon, where I had just been approved to go to college.

We moved there together, despite the warnings from the adults that we should wait longer to be sure that we will want to stay together, and are still living here together happily. Sure, there have been some rough patches, but we were determined to make it work, and we did. I don't feel like it was too soon to move in together at all, and I don't regret not listening to the advice of the adults around us, though they did have our best interests at heart.

We've both been busy with our respective jobs, which is why Christmas and winter break is exactly what we need. I actually have a very special surprise planned for Christmas eve that I can't wait for, and I've been waiting to do it for a long time now. I bet you have a guess as to what it is, but I'll let you wait until the next chapter to find out.
