Before you could even reply little Manjiro bursts through the door. "Time for your medicine brother!" Manjiro's eyes then locked up on you and instantly he forgot about Shinichiro. "AH Y/N NEE CHAN" He quickly ran over to you and hugged you. "Hello Mikey🥰" He started going on about his day, as much as you love the boy you were more worried about Shinichiro.

You hold it out to him, "come on don't be a child, eat it" "I don't want toooo, I have to eat a whole spoonful too" he whines. You just glared at him unimpressed. "Okok fine, if you feed it to me, I'll eat it" "You are so childish, if it gets you to finally eat it then oh well." You fed him a spoonful of medicine (more like shoved it into his mouth). You see his face light up in disgust. You hand him a glass of water and he downed that glass of water to wash out the nasty taste of the medicine. "That was nasty but I'm happy you fed it to me" "Oh shush, just get better already, you better eat your medicine until you recover." "Not a promise but maybe if you keep feeding it to me😏"

Bonus: You indeed had to feed this man child his medicine until he got better🤦‍♀️ Also no Baji's were harmed, Keisuke is ok from his fall!
