A new daiso (Japanese dollar store) just so happened to open down the street from your home. You were a sucker for daiso and who can blame you, daiso has everything. You decided to check it out after work and once you entered the store you were already calculating your budget because you knew you would end up impulsively buying anything cute even if it wasn't a necessity.

Finally after much consideration for your poor wallet you were ready to pay for your items. You were next on line when you heard "next!" indicating that it was your turn to pay. You were met face to face with a cute black haired tall glass of water. "Hi, how are you?" He asked you with a cute little smile. "I'm good, how about you?" "Oh wow, I didn't expect you to ask me back, everyone usually ignores my question." "But to answer your question, it's been kind of hectic with the grand opening and all." "I see, you're doing an awesome job, keep it up." You raised a fist for encouragement. Shinichiro found it so adorable and so far his interaction with you has been the highlight of his day.

He told you your total and you paid with your card, Shinichiro happily noted to himself your name from your card payment. Y/N, so that's your name. While the cute employee was bagging your items you see him putting some freebies into your bag. "Oh wow, that's a lot of freebies." "Yeah, courtesy of our grand opening!" Shinichiro (who you now learned the name of from his name tag) replied back to you. "That's nice of you guys." "We try haha, anyways have a good day and I hope you revisit!" "Thank you and you have a good day as well!" You took your bag and walked out of the store. I definitely will be revisiting if I get to see him again.

What you didn't know was that Shinichiro was only supposed to give one freebie to each customer but he thought you were cute so he slipped in a few extra freebies for you. Unfortunately his little act was caught by his manager and he had to pay out of his own pocket for those extra freebies he gave you as compensation.
