Part 25 - meet the parents

*y/n pov*

"Right now?" Josh questioned.

"Yeah...is that okay? My parents want me to come home and I told them that I wanted you to come but that was before we were officially dating."

"We've only been dating 2 days y/n," Josh chuckled. "But yeah, we can go. It's nice enough that they're letting me stay with you guys."

"Yay!! Don't worry Joshy, they'll love you!"

"Okay.." Josh said hesitantly as I pulled him to his room.

"Are you packed josh?"

"erm...no?"

"Joshua!"

"Don't worry, don't worry. I'm fast packer."

"Hurry up." I laughed.

After Joshua finally packed we headed out to my parents' house, an hour and a half away. We arrived there, and Joshua looked at me nervously as I rung the doorbell. A girl I didn't recognize answered the door.

"Oh, um...hi?" I said. "The y/l/n's still live here right?" I laughed nervously.

"Oh, yes! Sorry, I'm Maia, Mason's girlfriend! You must be y/n."

"Mason has a girlfriend?" I asked, shocked.

"You're looking at her."

"Dang, never thought he would get a girlfriend." I laughed, "great to meet you though." I said, giving her a hug.

"You too!" She seemed nice.

I walked into the living room to see my dad and brother sitting on the couch.
"I'm home!" I hollered. Mason basically lunged me into a hug. "You actually missed me, huh?" I asked him.

"Whaaaaaat, nooooo."

"He talks about you everyday," Maia chimed in.

"You know, I like this girl, Mason." I said to him. I greeted both of my parents as Josh stood timidly in the corner leaning against the wall. "Josh," I said moving my head indicating for him to come over to where I was. I put my hand in his, "Mom, dad, Mason, Maia this is Josh, my boyfriend."
