It was a simple task: run to the post office, grab some stamps, and then come back to the comfort of your girlfriend's arms.
Unfortunately for you, your girlfriend wasn't too keen on letting you out of her sights anytime soon.
"Dami, honey, I'll be back in a minute...." You try to coax her into letting you go, but nope, your efforts fail once again.
"I see no reason for you to grab stanps today when you have the rest of the week to do so." Dami explains as her grip on you tightens.
"Dami, please." You quietly pout as your girlfriend presses a kiss to your cheek.
"Fine, but you have to stay with me for the rest of the day."
You roll your eyes at her.
"You act as if I'd want to be anywhere else but with you."
Dami's grip on you loosens, and you take this opportunity to escape her grasp.
"I promise I'll be back before you know it."
You kiss her lips, and you're nearly tempted to sink back into her arms; however, responsibilities exist and you must go. The idea of returning to your awaiting girlfriend made you much more motivated to get done quickly, if you were being honest with yourself.
