Rey and Alana were both engaged in, their training sessions. Alana, focused on her training, didn't notice her brother Poe approaching. Startled, Poe exclaimed, "Woah there!" as Alana stopped. Rey, on the other hand, skillfully cut a rock. Poe advised Alana to pay attention to people entering and leaving the area. Alana nodded in agreement. Meanwhile, Luke approached Rey and said, "Lesson two: now that you've become a Jedi, romanticize the size." Rey found this statement amusing and replied, "That's not true." She explained that the Jedi's powers were used for both good and evil, allowing the dark side to rise and create the empire. She mentioned that there was a Jedi responsible for training and creating Darth Vader, as well as a Jedi who believed in saving him despite his reputation as the most hated man in the galaxy. Rey asked what happened, and Luke revealed that he had attempted to train his nephew, Ben, but failed to recognize the darkness within him until it was too late. Ben turned against Luke, causing the destruction of the training temple and the loss of many students. Leia blamed Snoke, but Luke took responsibility for his failure. He admitted that he had become a legend over the years, but now he needed someone to guide him and help him find his purpose. Rey expressed her willingness to be that person. But Kylo failed you, not the other way around, Rey insists. They are back in space on a Mane Cruiser, which is still out of range but running out of fuel and with their shields down. Hux declares that it is the beginning of their end and they must destroy it. The rest of their group has been evacuated and is on their way. Holdo, the admiral, says it has been an honor and wishes them luck. The rebels have six hours of fuel left and must maintain their current course. Finn and Rose are missing, and Alana asks where they are. Poe responds that there is still no word from them, but he is confident they are fine. Alana questions how he can say that, and Poe replies that he is just hopeful. Meanwhile, at Cantino Bite, a guard agrees to join the plan, and BB8 is searching for a way to free Finn and Rose. Finn explains that they need a code breaker to infiltrate Snoke's star destroyer, but they don't have one. Suddenly, a young man appears, catching Rose and Finn's attention. Rose asks who he is, and Finn wonders the same thing.
