Arden Voight knew from the age of 9 that she wanted to be a cop. She wanted to help save people and that was always her dream. Soon her dream became working for the FBI. She had heard what the Behavioral Analysis Unit had done to help people. She went to college and majored in criminal justice and got a bachelors degree in Psychology. She eventually joins the BAU and leaves her family behind in Chicago. What happens when one day while working a case that Arden gets the call that Justin is brain dead.
