Part 27: Carnival

*Y/n's POV*

Nick and I began to walk, somewhere. He grabbed my hand as we walked, causing me to blush a little.

"So..." I began to speak, "where are we going?" I asked out of complete curiosity. "Well, we are going to, you'll see when we get there." Nick giggled. "Fair enough." I sighed. "I really like your outfit," Nick said as he smiled at me. "Thank you," I smiled as I blushed more.

We continued to walk until Nick stopped suddenly. "I'm going to place a blindfold on you now, okay?" Nick said, grabbing it out of his backpack. "Um, okay." I responded unsure of how this will go. "I'm not going to kill you I promise." Nick giggled. "And how do I know that for sure?" I asked. "You don't, just got to trust me I guess." Nick said, I could almost hear his smile.

He took my hand and guided me to where ever we were going. I was nerves but excited at the same time.

*Time skip 5 minutes*

"Okay, we are here." Nick said from behind me. My guess was he is taking the blindfold off of me. "I am so excited!" I said with a squeal. "Okay! 3... 2..."Nick began to count down. As he took off my blind fold he said, "1!" I took a look around. "Oh my gosh! Are we at the carnival?!" I asked spinning around to look at him. "Yep! The plan is to be here until sunset." Nick said with the biggest smile. "Oh my gosh yay!!" I said then hugged him tight. He hugged me back then placed a kiss on my forehead. Nick pulled out of the hug. "Now let's go have fun!" Nick said excitedly. "YES!" I said as I grabbed his hand and ran to one of the games.

The game we went to first was the water gun game. (A/n idk what it's called 😅 I haven't been to a carnival for a while... so I hope y'know what I'm talking about.)

"I'm going to do crush you!" Nick said with confidence. "Ehh, I don't know about that!" I said as we sat down on two chairs. The instructor of the game explained how it worked. Even though we already knew. "Okay, and 3... 2... 1... GO!" She said then Nick and I pulled the trigger on our water gun. As my line reached the top the buzzer went off. "AND WE HAVE A WINNER!" the instructor yelled.

She turned around grabbing a purple monkey plush and handed it to me. I had a huge smile on my face as she did so. I took the monkey and turned to Nick. He smiled at me then realized I beat him so he playfully stuck out his tongue. I giggled as I stood up and stuck my tongue out at him. He followed me.

"If you want I can put the monkey in my backpack." Nick said with a smile. "That would be perfect," I handed him the plush. "Ooo! Can we go on that?!" I said excitedly pointing to the swing ride. "Uhh..." Nick stood looking up at it. "Please baby... pretty please?" I said grabbing his arm. "Okay, okay, but if I throw up it's your fault." He said clearly scared. "Yay!" I pulled him into the line with me then we soon got on. As the ride started to spin Nick looked terrified. "Scared?" I giggled out. "N-no. Not one bit." Nick said trying to be tough.

Once we got off the ride we walked around trying to find some food that sounded good. I decided to post a few pictures I took.
