Part 24: Night (again...)

*Still Y/n's POV*
Once I was upstairs I knocked on Nick's door. "Come in!" Nick shouted. I opened the door and walked in. I shut the door behind me and walked over to Nick who was laying under his covers. "Hey babe." Nick smiled at me. "Hey." I said back. I then got on top of him and laid down. "Are you okay?" Nick asked worried. "Yeah, I just want cuddles." I said in a soft voice. "Get under the covers babe." Nick smiled. "Okay" I said getting under the covers but getting back on top of him once I was under the covers. I put my arms under him and he put on hand on my back and the other lower on my back. We laid there for a few minutes until Nick spoke up. "Tomorrow I am taking you somewhere." Nick said softly. "Where?" I asked picking my head up to look at him. "It is a surprise!" Nick said smiling then kissed me, I kissed back.

"DINNER EVERYONE!" I heard Dad yell. "Ugh!" I said after pulling out of the kiss. "Let's go." Nick sighed. I got up and went downstairs first. I got to the table when I saw Nick walk downstairs. I sat down and Nick came over and sat next to me. Dad gave everyone their food and we all started to eat and talk. After only five minutes the topic of Nick and I somehow came up. "So, Nick, you and y/n a thing?" Alex asked. "Yes! You and y/n would make the PERFECT couple!" Minx chimed in. "W-" Nick tried to speak but got interrupted. "Y'know.... Prom is coming up!" Phil said smirking at Nick. "Honestly, I would be happy if y/n and Nick were dating they could make a cute couple." Dad said to Father. "I agree and Nick's a good kid." Father said back. "DAD, FATHER!" I yelled looking back and forth between them, they knew what happened when I was 5 and I get trama from it. "Sorry sorry." They both said apologetic. I saw a few confused looks so I knew I had to explain. I sighed before speaking. "I call George Dad and Clay Father." I smiled. Once I finished explaining everyone's face lit up as it clicked in their minds. "Can I talk to you real quick?" Nick whispered to me. "Sure." I whispered back. "Excuse us." I said to everyone as both of us got up. Nick and I went to a different room.

"What's up?" I asked confused. "What if we just tell them?" Nick asked. I looked behind me nervously. "I don't know, what if my parents flip out?" I said scared and looking back at Nick. "We don't have to, but just know I am always here for you and there is no need to be scared." Nick smiled back at me. "Okay okay, let's do this!" I said with confidence. "That's my girlfriend!" Nick said smiling then kissed me.

Nick and I walked back to the dining room and sat at our seats. We all continued to eat and no one really talked. Nick and I looked at each other and kind of gave 'That Look' Nick was the one who started. "So, we have um, something to say." Nick said nervous. I grabbed his hand under the table and squeezed it. I looked at Dad and Father scared of their reaction. "Um, N-Nick and I have well—" I said then took a deep breath. "We're dating." Nick and I said together and quickly. "Ayo! Congratulations!" Minx said excitedly. Congratulations' spread around the table. "How long?!" A few people blurted out. "For a while now, about a month." I shrugged. "AND YOU DIDN'T TELL ME?!" Niki asked offended. "You suck at keeping secrets." I laughed a bit. "Honestly, I'm happy." Father said speaking for the first time. I smiled in relief. "Nick's a good kid and we know he will treat you right." Dad said chipping in. "But we swear if you hurt her Nick you are dead!" Father said with a stern voice. "Father!" I said shaking my head. The table bursted out in laughter.

After everyone was done eating we all got up and went to the living room and sat. It was another movie night because we didn't have time to do it Friday. I sat next to Nick and placed my head on his shoulder as we waited for Niki to choose the movie. It was her turn this week. Once she finished picking she put it on the TV. I waited for it to say what movie. Then I realized it was Ferdinand. I looked at Niki trying not to laugh. I saw her looking at me already, she was waiting for me to realize what movie she picked. She smirked at me and I just died of laughter as she did to. Everyone looked at us so confused. 'Huh?' 'what's going on?' Everyone started to say over and over again. Once Niki and I calmed down from our laughing fit we explained. "Niki and I once watched Ferdinand a-and and" I started to explain but started laughing again. "W-we watched it without sound and made our own dialogue, it was so funny!" Niki said trying not to laugh. Once we had explained everyone started to laugh as well.

We all watched the movie and as the movie went on I felt myself drift off to sleep and I didn't fight it. I fell asleep on Nick.

*Nick's POV*
Y/n fell asleep on my chest with the rest of her body curled up. I started to rub her back as I watched the rest of the movie. The movie had finished and everyone started to get up and say good night. It was only Wilbur, Niki and I left in the room and y/n of course but she was still sleep. "Goodnight you guys." I said getting up trying not to wake y/n. "Night you two." Niki said in a tired voice. "I don't want to move." Wilbur groaned. I chuckled to myself as I picked up y/n bridal style.  "Carry me to bed Nick." Wilbur said jokingly. "Shut the fuck up." I said to him laughing a bit. I went to y/n's room and placed her under her covers and turned around to walk away. "Stay?" Y/n whispered.

I know it took so long for me to get the chapter out but school has gotten very stressful and one of my grades slipped down so I had to bring it up before my parents could tell. I hope you guys enjoy this chapter and I will work on the next on and hopefully have it out tomorrow! Love you all!
