After being dropped off by her assistant to her condo and her asistant insisting to escort her up in their room which she kindly refused, telling them that deserve a good rest, Leni heaved a sigh of relief

She walked up to the building's entrance where she was greeted by the guard assigned that night. With a smile, she waves at him, giving him a pat on the shoulder and a little encouragement to hopefully keep him up for the rest of the night (or you could say early morning rather)

Once she entered the elevator waiting for her to reach her designated floor, she checks her wristwatch. 1:47 A.M

She mentally recalls the events that had happen today. They had just finished their last rally, Miting De Avance. The joy in people's faces when they see her reminds her everytime on how much she truly loves her work and to have hundreds of thousands of people come to see her, she appreciated it, truly. She couldn't help but be teary-eyed. And by 11:00 it was finished, her wife was the first one to get home after bidding her goodbye, followed by her daughters an hour after while she headed to her office, answering phone calls and making sure that her staff had organized every item they needed to give to certain provinces that needed help

The elevator door opens and she was more than relieved to finally step out and walk to her apartment door. Leni was greeted by the little pug, Rocco, barking happily at the sight of his grandma finally being home, wagging his little tail "Wag kang maingay" Leni shushes Rocco with a quiet giggle, reaching down to rub the little dog's belly "Natutulog na siguro nanay tsaka mga tita mo hm?" Leni cooes, smiling as she gives him one last pat in the head before ascending up the stairs, letting Rocco walk back to his small bed

Leni stood infront of her bedroom door, reaching for the doorknob and carefully turning it to avoid causing any noise. To her surprise, her wife sat at her usual side of the bed, book in hand with the lamp next to her as her only source of light

"Late na Mahal, ba't gising ka pa?" Risa turns her head up to look at her, placing a small bookmark on a page where she'll continue her reading for another day. She closed the book, a small thud coming from it before placing it on the bedside table next to her

"I was waiting for you Pangga" Risa answers, taking off her glasses, placing it atop the book "If you don't mind, hiniram ko yung nightgown mo. I'll be doing the laundry nalang bukas" Only then did Leni realize that her wife was in fact wearing one of her nightgowns, specifically the blue one she often uses

Leni couldn't help but stare at Risa, the bright yellow light of the lamp illuminated her wife's features. She looked beautiful wearing her clothes, dare she say hot— "Kinakain yata ako ng mata mo Ga" A small laugh escapes Risa and Leni couldn't help the huge grin on her face

"Bagay sayo yung nightgown ko" She turns her back to Risa, opening her closet and changing into a comfortable pajama before walking towards their shared bed, crawling towards where Risa sat

The taller woman envelopes her into a hug and Leni glady returned it. Leni sighs "Ang sarap umuwi kapag may asawang naghihintay sayo, ang swerte ko sayo Pangga"

"Ako pa ba?" Risa giggles "We're lucky to have each other" Soft lips crash against each other in a sweet, slow kiss. It slowly turns heated, tongues roaming each other's mouth as they fight for dominance. Leni eventually wins and Risa lets her, hand cupping the older woman's cheek while the other held her wife closely "Ang assertive mo today ha?" Risa commented when they stop their little make out session to catch their breaths
