"Kailan mo sasabihin sa dalawa?"

The question echoed through Leni's mind as she recalls the conversation she had with her eldest that night. She couldn't get her work done thinking about it

"Hindi ko alam..." She remembers answering

"You know na you have to tell them eventually"

Leni pondered, resting her back against her office chair and mindlessly staring at her laptop where her work has yet to be finished. She chews on her lower lip, deep in thought

"I did plan to tell all of you, eventually. 'Di ko in-expect na you would find us kanina"

"Alam mo naman ako, laging kong inaalala kung saan pumupunta si Jill tsaka Patty. And that also applies to you, i was just worried na baka kung ano na nangyari sayo, Ma" Silence fell between the two of them for a second "Nakikipaglandian ka lang pala"

"Aika!" Her eldest erupts into a fit of laughter, receiving a light smack from her flustered mother. When Aika's laughter died down, Leni spoke again "Papayag ka ba kung maging kami ulit...?"

"If she makes you happy, the same way Papa does, sino ba naman ako para kumontra?" Aika answers "Pero, you need to tell Patty and Jill muna about it"

Leni sighs "I will, hindi ko lang alam kung kailan..."

Leni's phone dings as a notification pops up, interrupting her thoughts. She looks down to see who sent her a message, grabbing her phone in a flash when she sees Risa's name

From: Sasa

-How are you feeling? I'm sorry kase ngayon lang kita na-message, busy life and all that.

-Aika must be pretty upset with you by now, call me if you feel like talking about it

Leni's heart pounds in her chest as she read Risa's message, in awe at the fact that Risa still found a time to ask how she was

"Kailan ka ba pahihintayin ni Ri— Uhm...Tita?"

"I don't know...Until she's ready. At pagkatapos non tsaka ko na sasabihin sa dalawa"

"Didn't you ask kung pwedeng maging kayo ulit pagkatapos nya sa Cali?" Aika asks, now sounding more interested about the current relationship her mother have with the actress "Hanggang kailan ba sya doon?"

"Alam mo na-continue pa sana namin yung pinag-uusapan namin kung hindi ka nakisali kanina"

"Ay"

"Hey, Leni..." She hears the younger woman spoke softly on the other side of the phone, followed by a yawn

"Are you about to sleep? Tawagan nalang siguro kita buka—"

"No no! It's okay, ako narin naman nagsabing pwede mo'kong tawagan" Risa chuckles tiredly "Gusto kitang makausap, work has been tiring lately"

"Gusto mo bang pag-usapan?"

"Maybe not now, gusto lang kita marinig. How are things with Aika? Uhm...galit ba sya sayo?"

Leni shakes her head no, suddenly realizing how stupid she must've looked knowing the other woman couldn't see her "Hindi, she was very understanding about it" She sighs "Pero medjo kinukulit ako na sabihin na sa dalawa yung tungkol sa'tin"
