(Elvia's POV)
As Gloxinia placed me down outside of the cave, I lost my balance but he immediately caught me and pulled me in for a hug. "I'm never ever going to leave you alone again," he said softly kissing my forehead.
"You're being protective today." I said as he chuckled.
"Maybe, but I don't want something like that to happen ever again.. you scared me today.." he said, releasing me.. "I don't expect you to forget the past, but I know you understand why I did what I did and I hope that someday you might come to forgive me.."
I thought about his words for a minute, then said "I..I Forgive you Gloxinia.." I said, his face lit up as I stood, slightly surprised by what I had just said,
"You do?!" he said looking at me straight in the eyes with a hopeful look in his eyes.
I sighed,"Yes, I do," I said quietly looking back at him with a slight smile. He pulled me into a warm hug, "I love you Gloxinia.." I whispered to him as he pulled me in for a gentle kiss.
"I love you too, Elvia." I didn't want to break the kiss but I had to ask him, "So, how did you know what was happening at the tavern?"
He looked me in the eyes and told me, "Your brother told me.." rage began to fill my body as I put 2 and 2 together.
"I'm.. gonna go.." I said fake smiling.
(Gloxinia's POV)
She flew away as I walked into the cave, Drole was watching me walk in, by the way he was looking at me, I knew he heard our conversation. "So, are you guys back together yet?" he asked, "I guess." I answered, after a few moments of awkward silence I continued by saying "Well, I'm tired." as I went to lay down, "Alright I guess," Drole said as I slowly drifted off to sleep.
