Sophia went and changed out of her dress and clean herself up and when she came back down the Avengers were gathered in the lab.

Tony noticed her coming down "Sophia why don't you go to bed, it's late"

She shook her head "No. Don't try to keep me out of this because you think I'm too young. I'm apart of this, deal with it"

She had been through a lot in the last couple years of her life, maybe even more than her father, so she wasn't gonna let herself be excluded from the situation without a fight.

"Let her stay" Natasha backs her up "She knows what she doing" Sophia smiles gratefully at her

Tony rolls his eyes "Fine"

"All out work is gone" Bruce informs "Ultron cleared out, used the internet as an escape hatch"

Steve scoffs and shakes his head "Ultron"

"He's been in everything. Files, surveillance. Probably knows more about us than we know about each other" Natasha says

"He's in your files, he's in the internet. What if he decides to access something a little more exciting?" Rhodey speaks out

"Nuclear code" Maria says, while picking out glass from her foot

Rhodey points at her "Nuclear codes. Look, we need to make some calls, assuming we still can"

"Nukes" Natasha questions "He said he wanted us dead"

"He didn't say dead. He said extinct" Sophia corrects

"He also said he killed somebody" Clint says, in thought

"But there wasn't anyone else in the building" Maria tells them

Tony walk forward "Yes there was"

He brings up the now destroyed 3D image of JARVIS' consciousness. Bruce walks up to it "This is insane"

"JARVIS was the first line of defence. He would've shut Ultron down, it makes sense" Steve thinks out loud

"No, Ultron could've assimilated Jarvis" Bruce corrects "This isn't strategy, this is... rage"

Thor barges in and grabs Tony by his neck and hold him up

"Woah, woah, woah! Its's going around"

"Oh, he's mad" Sophia mutters

There may have been a murder bot running around, but Sophia was living for the drama

"Come on. Use your word, buddy" Tony tells Thor

"I have more than enough words to describe you, Stark" Thor tightens his grip around Tony's neck

Steve walks up to them "Thor! The Legionnaire"

Thor lets go of Tony and he stumbles when he hits the floor "Trail went cold about a hundred miles out but it's headed north" Thor looks at Tony with an enraged look in his eyes "and it has the scepter. Now we have to retrieve it, again"

"The genie's out of the bottle" Natasha tells them "Clear and present is Ultron"

"I don't understand" Dr. Cho looks at Tony, who is faced away from them "You built this program. Why is it trying to kill us?"

Tony starts laughing "What, you think this is funny?" Sophia asks in disbelief

Tony turns to look at her "No. It's probably not, right?" He slightly chuckles again as he looks around the group "Is this very terrible? Is is so... it is. It's so terrible"

Thor points at him "This could have been avoided if you hadn't played with something you don't understand"

Tony holds out his hand and walks forward "No, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. It is funny. It's a hoot that you don't get why we need this"
