The weekend comes around and it's the day Sanji and Zoro spend the night at Luffy and Ussops house. As sanji and Zoro wait outside of there they can here slight mumbles inside the house.
A minute goes by and still nothing. "What do ya think there doing in there?" Zoro asks. "Last minute cleaning maybe?" Sanji said. "You think they're cleaning?" Zoro said in a doubtful tone.
Sanji thought for a second and responded "yeah prolly not. What's taking so long then?"
After he said that Luffy opened the door with a goofy grin.
"Zoro! Sanji! So glad you can make it!!! Come in! come in!" He says as he drags em. To the couples surprise, the place was actually clean.
"Who cleaned this place? It's looks so..nice." Zoro said. "Who did you pay to clean your house?" Sanji asked. "Pfft, what? We cleaned it of course." Luffy said. "I'm not buying it." Sanji says crossing his arms.
"No sanji really, he's telling the truth, we cleaned this whole thing top to bottom just for you guys." Ussop says. Sanji looked at Ussop and gave him a blank look. "No offense but with your history of lying, I would belive Luffy more than you." Sanji said.
"Hate to admit it but you got a point there pal." He said in a defeated tone. "We have the bedrooms cleaned too, so if you want you can sleep in one of them." Luffy said. "Uh, sure...as long as you don't mind." Sanji said.
"Not. At. All. Ussop will show you the room. I'll be right behind ya guys." Luffy said. As Ussop took em to the other end of the house, Luffy opened a closet next to him and there was a loud thud.
"Nami, are you okay?" Luffy asked. Nami yanked on his shirt and glared at him breathing heavy and flushed. "Hand over....the cash..now" she says. Luffy digs in his pocket and hands over the money.
She lets go of him and groans while getting up. "Uh..sorry Nami. I didn't know it'd be difficult for you." Luffy said. "I'm never cleaning your house again." She said walking towards the door.
"Hey, Luffy. I got them to settle into the room. Why is Nami walking like a grandma?" He asked. Luffy looked at him with a blank stare. "I don't know. She's weird anyways. Imma go check on sanji and Zoro." He said as he ran off the them.
Ussop opens the door for Nami and asks "hey, what's wrong with you?" Ussop asks. Nami looked at him and shrugged. "It's nothing, for another time." Nami said as she walked away.
Ussop didn't know what to say of that and he just brushed it off. Through out the day they played games, watched movies, ordered out and even played old board games they played as kids like candy land and battleship.
Over all everyone could agree they had a great night. Ussop and Luffy had passed out on the couch so sanji and Zoro decided it's be okay if they went to bed too.
Zoro fell asleep quickly as usual. He can sleep through a hurricane and be confuse when he wakes up. Sanji couldn't fall asleep. He's tried very side, position, even took melatonin and nothing.
Sanji got up and walked towards the door putting a cigarette in his mouth when a hand was in his way. He saw Luffy starring at him wide awake, he could've sworn he was out on the couch.
"Luffy, what are you doing?" Sanji said. "I can't let you go outside right now. You can go into our other room if you need to smoke." Luffy said.
This is weird. "I'd hate to ruin your walls Luffy. They could get stained and it'll smell bad." Sanji said. "Trust me on this. Besides, I need to talk to you and I think you'd be interested in what I have to say." Luffy said.
Sanji made eye contact with Luffy and sighed. "Fine, let's go talk." Sanji says as he makes his way to the other room. Of course before he did he checked on Zoro and saw him all sprawled out in the bed snoring a little.
Sanji crack open the window a bit and sat in a chair that was in the room. "So, what is it you wanted to talk about-"
"They're back sanji." Luffy interrupted. Sanji sharply looked at him. "What?..." he asked. "Those bastards who have the audacity to call themselves your siblings. They're back...and I think they're looking for you" Luffy said.
"How...how did you know about this? Did you go through my things?!?" Sanji said as he grabbed Luffys shoulders firmly. "What? No I didn't? Why would I?...there's something you're not telling us, is there?" Luffy asked.
Sanji let go of him and backed away. He turned towards the window again and took a hit of his cigarette as he trembles. Sanji with his eyes shut tight curses in his head for not thinking.
"Sanji, tell me everything." Luffy said. Sanji took in a deep breath and sat down in the chair facing towards Luffy. "Alright, you two ready for what I'm about to say?" Sanji said lighting another cigarette.
Ussop turns around the corner and joins Luffy on the bed all ears. "Okay, here's what happened.." sanji says before he explains everything that happened a couple days ago. Luffy and Ussop share there side of the story which made Sanji feel even worse and sick to the stomach.
"And that's why we had you two come here with us. As we thought, we figured your place wasn't safe." Ussop says. "Well, that was very smart of you two to allow us to stay here for the weekend. I don't know what we're going to do." Sanji teared.
Luffy and Ussop got up and surrounded sanji. "We're going to fix it and make sure they never come back. Sure we got away the first time and it was fine for a while, but we're going to put an end to this now." Luffy said.
Sanji lifted his head up with rage and a nasty look on his face. "You know what?...your right Luffy. I'm about to be a married man soon..." he said. Taking another hit from his cigarette and putting it out, he says "and I am not about to let it be ruined."
