Chapter Nine

Alice suddenly scrunched up her nose. "What is that god awful wet dog smell?" she hissed.

"Oh uh that must be us. Jake and the pack." Bella mumbled.

"Jacob who and pack of what?" Alice asked.

"Jacob's kind of a werewolf." Bella mumbled. 

"Bella werewolves are not good company to keep." Alice says before looking around and frowning. "Where's Jasper?"

"Speak for yourself." Jake snapped walking in with Jasper.

"I'm right here Alice." He says walking over to me kissing my cheek. "And the wolves were helping me protect the girls." 

"Yeah from the red headed leech." Jake hissed.

"Wait Victoria is here?" Alice questioned. "I couldn't see her or see Bella get pulled out the water. I can't see past you and your pack of mutts."

"Alice." Jasper snapped causing her to look at him wide eyed. 

"Does he know your here?" Bella mumbled playing with her fingers.

"No." Alice shook his head. "He's been away"

I watched as Bella and Jacob walk into the kitchen to talk. Jasper lead me to the chair pulling me into his lap. I smiled as he kissed my shoulder. Alice sat down grinning widely while crossing her legs.

"So am I planning the wedding?" She asked happily.

"No." I say shaking my head. "I plan on having Rose and I doing all the planning." 

"I understand she's your best friend." She smiled. "If you need help just tell me."

I nodded with a big smile my eyes widen as she freezes getting sucked into a vision. She let out a horrified gasp before flitting out the room yelling for Bella. 

"Bella!" She says grabbing Bella's arms. "It's Edward."

"What?" Bella asked scared. 

"He's thinks your dead." She says. "He's going to the Volturi to kill himself."

"I'm going." I say immediately. 

"Okay, darlin." He says. "I'll stay here and tell Charlie a lie."

"Thank you." I say kissing him before rushing upstairs to grab my passport and wallet.

Once I was back downstairs I ran out the door with Alice and Bella. Jake followed us. I climb into the back of the Mercedes as Bella and Alice climbed in the front. Jake was begging us not to go. He looked at Jasper for help. Jasper leaned over and whispered in his ear that only Alice and I could hear.

"She's going to be okay with Julie." He says. "It's her home."

Jake stepped away as Alice peeled out of the grass driving away.

Bella and I stood outside the airport in Italy waiting for Alice. She soon pulled up in a canary yellow Porsche. I climb into the passenger seat with Bella in my lap.

"I'm guessing you didn't pay for this car." Bella mumbled anxiously as we sped down the road at the highest speed.

"I didn't think you two would be opposed to grand theft auto." She shrugged wrapping her scarf tighter.

"That's Volterra." She says pointing it out.

My eyes widen it was pretty. I smiled gently it was my home. Soon we were stopped by officers he spoke to Alice and I look around at the people dressed in red. Alice hands the man a sum of money and he let us go.
