Chapter X

"Would you?" He was smiling like an idiot. Like the idiot he was.
"I would totally fuck you, you're fuckable," he told me. That statement just sounded so weird and out of place, I laughed.
"What? It's true! I would fuck you," he said, "okay now I told you, you have to tell me!"
"That's not how it works," I giggled.
"It isn't?"
"I don't have to tell you if I don't want to!" I exclaimed.
I stared into his eyes. He was so attractive... Would I fuck him? I thought about it for a moment, totally. I mean who wouldn't... Right?
Maybe it was the way the light was in the room that was making me think like this, I don't know but something about him just made me feel safe inside. It doesn't matter though because he's my friend.

My phone buzzed.
"Who is it?" Grace asked.
I checked my phone.
"Charlie," I replied.
"OOOOH Charlie?" The girls all said in unison.
"Just a friend," I laughed.
"Isn't he the hot one? The one who was here this morning?" Grace inquired.
"Yes, the hot one who was here this morning, that was him."
Grace stared at me.
"What..." I did a once over of myself "is there something on me?"
"I KNEW YOU LIKED HIM," she excitedly yelled."
"What??"
"YOU THINK HES HOT!"
"I can think a guy is hot without liking him!"
"But the way you said it, and the look in your eyes and how you're defending yourself so heavily! You totally like him! You're falling. Hard! I knew it."
I laughed and rolled my eyes then checked the text Charlie sent me.
-Me and a bunch of friends are going to a party, wanna come?
I quickly typed: sure!
-I'll pick you up at 8.
I turned to my sisters and told them I was going out tonight so I had to go pick out my outfit after all it was 6:30 now.
