3: Star origamis in a bottle

"Hey" Her grin becomes wider seeing a pretty man open the door for her in the middle of the night, "good evening to you, Y/N-san." Akaashi said. "Can I ask a favor?" 

"Now?" She nods her head more than once.

Honestly, Akaashi doesn't really get why she wants to learn this sport when she cannot make time since she is delinquent- 

"Wait- what?" 

"I quit. I want to be a volleyball player instead." 

"Why?"

"It is for him.." She smiles softly and he understand immediately, "I see.. I'll try to make time, for you."

"thank you."

Funny how the great Y/N L/N of Toman gives up the title for a sport that she never understand at all. She takes out the bottle from her bag, the bottle is full of origami with different colors, she takes off its cover and takes one piece of origami, "when I opened it I saw what he wanted in his life." 

"Your brother really enjoys the life." She nods, "his first wish is to play volleyball, he cannot do that because of his condition so I'll do it for him." 

"Though I won't choose it as a career I'm sure I'll get kicked out after finding out I beat up people." She chuckles.

Star Origamis

1. Learn and play volleyball with friends.

"They look more cool" She mumbled completely awestruck. Volleyball is a hard sport, you only have one chance to touch it and it can determine something, like getting closer on defeat or winning.

It's a team sport which make it more difficult because you'll need each of their trust. Y/N only plan to play with Akaashi once she learn how to do basic stuff but seeing the captain makes her wants to learn immediately and receive his powerful spike and crush his pride.

Oh, what a destructive.. mindset.

Though she wants to do that, she also want to be friends with him, he looks cool and nice too! 

Their practice is almost done and Akaashi sign her to come to his location, "The practice will be done too, you can sit with the coach, he said he's okay with it."

"Okiee!"

She smile to him and bow, "good afternoon, sir, I am Y/N L/N" she smiled to him, "I am Takeyuki Yamji, you are Akaashi's childhood friend?" She sits next to him and confirmed, "yes, before I move out, I am his neighbor"

"Where did you live, now?"

"Shibuya Tokyo" 

"Mhmm I heard you wanted to learn how to play volleyball, what position do you want?" She never knew that coach can be this talkative, "I don't want Keiji-san's position, not that I dislike it, but setting something is just.. anyway I don't want libero too because I am more into crushing stuff." She said it proudly. 

"Spiker, I want that, but right now I am not good at timing. Gravity just simply hates me." 

The coach chuckles, "I think you'll do great on learning volleyball." She smile, "because you know what you want." The coach looked at the other side, "look at Bokuto-" She cuts her off, "who?" and he answered, "the captain, the number 4." 

Right, she forgot to ask their names.

"The way he swings his arms and his control on his body. You know what you want and knowing something gives you a chance to control it."

"Hmm" 

The practice is finish and Bokuto come to her direction, "have you seen my spike? it's good isn't?!!"

"yes yes! I want to be like you!" That flutter him, and his eyes have stars on it. Like a dog that got his treats. "Y/N-san, don't say that again, he'll be stupid." Akaashi advised.

"He is stupid" The other third year butt in

"By the way I forgot to tell you my name! I'm Y/N L/N!" Bokuto blink and something clicks on his mind, "I also forgot to introduce myself! Nice to meet you L/N-san, I am Bokuto Kotaro!"

"Y/N-san do you want me to teach you some stuff? 

"Ohh let's see it!!" 

Y/N knows that she might embarrass herself because she'll do something she doesn't know but hey it's not like she live here! No one can point their fingers towards her and make her remember all of her stupid shit.

"Akaashi will help, of course!" Bokuto said.

Y/N is on the side watching the two perform their stuff but it's just simple, spike and set but they're too great so it is too far on being 'simple'.

She clap her hands after they give her a good performance, "that's cool!" She exclaimed while raising her two hands and jumping too. "It is just common." Akaashi said while relaxing his fingertips, she sigh and shake her head, "still cool."

"Right right!! It is cool!!" Bokuto added which made Akaashi sigh. 

Bokuto gestured her to come closer which she obeyed. "So, do you have a problem in timing?" He asked, and she answered, "a bit!" Bokuto cross his arms and said, "okay, we'll fix that! For me, it'll be great to focus on the ball! Then next know how long can you jump! It's just basic so I know you can do it!"

"Okay, teacher!"

Akaashi give them another sigh, he knows how long she can jump but he also don't know her limits so he tried to make a few adjustment. He position himself and Y/N also follow. 

Bokuto give them a normal spike on the other side and Y/N successfully receive it and it came to Akaashi's direction and set it to her.

Slowly she run and gather her strength and put it in her legs to jump, this is the highest jump she can and ready her hand to spike it.

"Shit" She heard Akaashi cursed, and she agreed, she's too close to the net. But she still try to spike it and this one.. it's a powerful one.

A good spike for beginner, no its power is too good for a beginner, and a stupid landing for a beginner too. She land not that smoothly since she it too close on the net and Bokuto rush on her side, "that's good but you are close!"

"I only did that, because you said to look on the ball!"

"Yeah, but still look on your surroundings!" He countered.

She make a 'T' shape using her two hands and said. "Instruction unclear! Let's continue it, tomorrow!" And they heard the coach chuckle at their interaction.

"Ah shit, this is really embarrassing!" She stands up and sigh, "teach me more! You are a better teacher than Keiji-san!"

"Really?!"

"Yes, Bokuto-san!"
