I Promise (Molten Freddy x Lefty)

The Dark Truth

Molten's POV
Birds chirped outside while the warm, sunny light was shining through the window. My eyes slowly open and along it came a headache... normal for me. I adjusted my vision to see I was still at Funtime Freddy's house. I could see Lolbit and Yenndo sleeping together, Sun and Moon sleeping together, Nightmare BB on the floor with no blanket and Ennard asleep on the floor with a blanket. Funtime Freddy was missing, probably in his room or in the bathroom, then I look over next to me to see Lefty fast asleep on me. Seconds later, Funtime Freddy slowly and quietly opens and closes the bathroom door.
"Morning" He whispered
"Morning Freddy" I whispered back

*Time Skip (out of ideas for that part)*

Everyone later on woke up, then I suddenly realised that my foster parents didn't know I slept here and that I had to get home.
"I..I'm sorry guys but I h...have t..t..to go" I say as I ran out the door.

Lefty's POV
"Ok bye Molten!" Funtime Freddy shouted
"So... what now?" Moon asked
We all shrug at him, then I turn to the lounge to see Molten had left his jacket behind, without thinking I grab the jumper, shouted 'I'll be back' to the others and ran to find Molten. Good thing I can run fast, cause it wasn't long before I saw Molten walk into a small house around the corner from Funtime Freddy's. I was about to knock on the door until I heard loud voices coming from the living room. I peak through the window to see what was happening.

"MOLTEN FREDDY! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN!?" The woman shouted
"I told you, I w..was at my friends house" Molten stammered
"YOU SHOULD OF TOLD US BEFORE HAND!!"
"I d...did!"
"DON'T TALK BACK TO ME YOU FREAK!!"
The woman slaps Molten hard across the face which triggered me. Then a man came with a whip, I started to get scared of what the man was going to do.
"Turn over, NOW!!" The man demanded.

(Warning: More abuse ahead!)

I watched in horror as Molten took off his shirt and turned around, the woman stepped back and the man raises the whip and starts to whip Molten's back a number of time's before grabbing his arm and throwing him onto the ground so hard that he cut near his eye. Molten then got up but only to be whipped on the shoulder which pushed him down and it all ended with a kick to the stomach.

I started tearing up, not because of what I saw but the fact that everything was coming together... this was why Molten is the way he is... this is why... this is why...

I placed the jacket on the front door step then ran back towards Funtime Freddy's house. When I arrived, I bursted into tears in front of everyone, everyone was comforting me but I couldn't tell them what I saw... I didn't want to.

*Time skip: 2 days later*

I waited for Molten in the usual spot, when he arrived, all of his scars where patched up but they still look really bad... the memories of what happened the other day flashed through my head which made me tear up when I saw him.
"L...Lefty?"
"Can we go somewhere more... private"
I grab Molten's arm and dragged him towards the sports storage closet, it's the only private place I think of. We both sit down and I look at him with a certain but teary face.

"L..Lefty? Are you..."
"Explain!"
"W..what?"
"Explain why that woman slapped you, why that man whipped you and kicked you... why didn't you tell me? What is going on!?"
Molten remained silent.
"Fine! Don't tell me!"
Just then, Molten starts shaking then crying.
"I...I...I"
I hug him and he was still shaking and crying.
"M..M...My parents died w...when sc..school s..started. I...I was in an or...orphanage for a y..year before my f..foster p..p..parents took me in. E..ever since t..they've b..b..been beating me u..up and t..torturing m..m..me"

At this point, Molten was crying his heart out while hugging me... me on the other hand, was speechless. I held him even closer while trying to calm him down.
"Why didn't you tell me sooner?"
"I..I didn't w..want to get you I..into this mess"
"Molten..."
"I..I'm sorry!"
We said hugging for about five minutes before he calmed fully down. I was about to let the hug go however, he held me closer.
"D...Don't let g..go"
"Alright..."
We continued hugging until the sports teacher Mr.Withered Freddy came in.
"What are you boys doing?"
"Sorry sir, we had a situation and.."
He sighs and nods, Molten and I grab our things and leave the sports room.

"Molten? Just know that if there's anything wrong or anything going on... you know you can tell me.."
I stop and so dose Molten.
"Because your my best friend and I don't want anything to happen to you... and I will protect you no matter what... I promise"
Molten starts to tear up but not because of sadness but for happiness.
"Th..thank you Lefty, you are the bestest friend I could ever have"
I rub his back and smile.

I will protect you... I promise
