I Promise (Molten Freddy x Lefty)

My New Roomate & Special Day

Lefty POV
I woke up still at the hospital and still cuddling Molten... he was sleeping like an Angel. Mom was gone but she came back just as I woke up, she was holding a bottle of pill that said 'anti-depressants'.
"Mom? Why do you have a bottle of anti-depressants?"
"Molten needs to start to take this medication while he is still recovering, I know it sounds bad but it should help with handling things at this age"

She was right, Molten had gone through a lot of trauma and abuse and it was hard for him to handle his mental health with all that was going on.
"We're going to head home now"
"But what about Molten?"
"Hun, he's staying with us"
"W..What?"
"He's going to stay with us from now on"
I can't believe it... Molten and I... living together... sleeping together... oh my crap sticks.

Mom picked up Molten and carried him to the car, I sat at the back so Molten doesn't roll off the seat while mom is driving. When we arrived home, Molten woke up.
"Uhh..."
"Morning sleeping beauty"
"L..Lefty? Where are w..we?"
"We're... home..."
"Home?"
"Molten... your staying at my place"

Molten forms a little smile on his face... god he's cute when he smiles... mom got out of the car and helped Molten get back onto his feet. We walked into the house and settled in, mom explained to Molten that he will need to take the pills and that he will be staying on a spare mattress in my room until we sort things out... she also told him to call her mom.

It was late and we were both tired, Molten fell asleep straight away on his mattress and I feel asleep not long after.

*2 days later*

I had gotten used to Molten being around 24/7, it was weird at first considering his my best friend but I got used to it. Molten was loving his new life, although he still does certain things that his foster parents would beat him up if not done but he'll slowly learn to not do those habits.

Today, Mom was taking us out on a 'special surprise' and said we could take two friends, so we took Ennard, as a thank you for all the help he's done to both of us, and Funtime Freddy. We were on our way to our 'special surprise' when Ennard spoke up.
"Hey Mrs.Lennon? Where exactly are we going?"
"Well... I thought it's a nice day and you are all good kids, I decided to take you all to the park for a picnic then walk over to the beach for a bit.

We all cheered except Funtime Freddy, instead he was frozen, he's face went pale and he started shaking.
"D..did you j..just say b..b..beach?"
"What's wrong dear?"
Ennard somehow knew exactly what was happening.
"Mrs.Lennon can you please pull over?"
Mom pulled over the car, Funtime Freddy shakily took off his seatbelt off, jumped out of the car, ran for about two seconds before throwing up in the bush.

Ennard got out in those seconds and rushed to his assistants, he was crying at this point, he hugged Ennard back while shaking and crying. We all got out of the car and ran over to them.

"T..t..trapped... s..stuck...s..s..sinking... d..don't w..wanna d..die..."
Funtime Freddy was in a full state of a panic attack, Ennard was hugging while comforting him.
"En, w..what's going on?" Molten asked

"Well you see... Freddy and I... we're at a camp, a friendship making camp. Freddy wondered off into the bush and... and... got stuck in quicksand. When Lolbit, Yenndo and I found him, he was almost fully under. With the help of Nightmare BB, we managed to save him but since then he's had trauma of things similar to quicksand such as regular mud and the word "beach" and yeah..."

I was in shock, the whole story was... too much to process.
"So is that why, he's scared of beaches?" I asked
"Yes, because both of the names are very similar and it just triggers him"
Funtime Freddy has calmed down a lot now, I can tell he looked very comfortable cuddling Ennard.
"Freddy, hun... we won't go there ok?" Mom said in a calm and gentle tone.

Funtime Freddy nods, he wipes his tears and starts to head back to the car, we continue to drive and soon arrive at the park. All enjoy some biscuits, some sandwiches and some ice cream later on. We all the lied down and watched the different clouds, the shapes and sizes... heck, one even looked like Molten, then we look to our side to see Ennard and Funtime Freddy cuddling each other and looks like they both fell asleep.

After a wonderful day out, we all headed back to our homes. Molten and I enjoyed a lovely meal before heading into our room, ready for another day tomorrow.
