Alice was sitting a the front desk of the hospital. She is new and this is her first time actually there. She did get some training done, but that is all.

She was busy going over some stuff on her computer, like setting up appointments, meetings, and schedules for the doctors and other nurses. (A/N: I just realized my mistake. What I am thinking of is a front desk lady, not a nurse. So instead Alice is both, a nurse and a front desk lady. There problem is solved!)
Just then she heard the doors to the hospital opened up and in walked this young lady, who looked like your sterotpeacle Karen. She had the hair cut to prove it. The lady walked up to the front desk and looked down at Alice.
Karen: "I am here to see Dr. Kemp."
Alice nodded her head and looked up Dr. Kemp's schedule, but she saw that he didn't have any appointments for that time. She looked back up at the Karen.
Alice: "I'm sorry. But I don't see any appointments for Dr. Kemp at this time. Did you make one?"
The lady groaned and shook her head.
Karen: "I don't NEED to make one. He knows me. So I can come in wherever I want and he'll take me. How do you NOT know that?!?"
Alice started to freak out. Dr. Kemp is well respected in the hospital and this worried her. She didn't want to upset Dr. Kemp at all.
Alice: "I-I-I-I-I'm so sorry m-ma'am. T-This is my first day h-here and I didn't know-"
The lady scoffed and shook her head.
Karen: "Of course you're new. With how dumb you are, I'm not surprised really. I mean do you know who I am?!"
This freaked Alice out even more since this lady might be someone famous or important to the hospital. Alice didn't want to get fired because of that.
Alice: "A-Again I am so s-sorry. I-I'll p-page in D-Dr. K-Kemp now."
The lady scoffed and nodded her head. She looked annoyed, even though she hasn't taken off his sunglasses yet.
Karen: "Yeah, you better! And I will tell him how you treated me! I am his friend and THIS is how I am treated?!"
Alice grabbed the phone by her left, her hands shaking. She called Dr. Kemp's office and he picked up.
(With Dr. Kemp)
Dr. Kemp: "Dr. Kemp speaking."
Alice: "S-S-Sir there is someone h-here to s-s-ee you. S-She said that s-she knows you and that s-she's here for an a-appointment."
Dr. Kemp looked confused since he knew for a fact that doesn't know that many people. He doesn't have that many friends, plus the front desk lady said "she" and Dr. Kemp is sure he doesn't have ANY female friends. Though he then worried that it might be one of his products coming in. He did know this one named Lilly, she knows him, and has gotten attached to him.
