"Mr Tibbles, can you hear me?"
A woman coerced the before unconscious man who was now slowly waking up. He looked quite silly in Lee's eyes - having his head wrapped up in a towel with an ice pack on top and a rolled up piece of tissue dipped in some sort of weird-smelling liquid held up to his nose.
Mr Tibbles still looked a little dazed and replied to the help with an order for a cheeseburger with fries and a milkshake. The lady next to him chuckled and concluded that he was fine.
She then immediately apologised for what Ryleigh thought was plainly nothing. The woman stuck her hand out and introduced herself to the coach, "I'm Michelle McKay, the team tutor". In that sentence, everyone's head turned in disbelief. The new coach just kept looking at her and replied, "My name's Gordon Bombay, the coach,". He joked with a smile. Ryleigh simply let out an, "Ohhh" in her head and kept staring at Miss McKay like the rest of her teammates.
The two's little moment ended when Banks burst out, "Who said we needed a tutor?". The rest of the team clamoured in agreement. Dean claimed, "I don't need no school!". Lee, who was standing near him, snorted and commented, "Your grammar needs it". That one ginger-haired kid that Dean knocked down earlier snickered along with Lee but after he saw the bigger kid's eyes staring daggers at the both of them, he stopped, but Lee kept silently laughing. The boy thought she was crazy, however he seemed to respect her.
A few seconds after the Portman siblings bantering, the goalie that was on the Ducks team wrapped his arm around Miss McKay and tried making an agreement with the tutor, but ultimately failed as he, and the rest of the team found, that they would all not be eligible to compete.

Bombay, who Lee finally figured out the name of, let the newly established team go on a break and Lee trailed behind her brother and that guy who laughed at her mockery at Dean. From what she could see, her brother was checking out his arms - a thing that Lee always saw him do - and the boy was bothering him about what he had on his arm.
"Is that a tattoo? Is it real?" the curly haired boy eagerly asked. Dean looked at the player beside him and demanded him to get away from him with a sort of bark sound he made after his 'threat'. Ryleigh quietly chuckled, but noticed that the kid hurried away from the taller boy. Lee quickly walked up to her brother and once again teased him by saying, "For God's sake String Bean!" and following up with asking, "Why are you trying to scare all of our teammates away?". She was only met with rolled eyes and got the message to 'go away'.
Lee walked ahead of Dean to end up walking beside the boy that was asking about his tattoo. The boy turned his head towards the girl and immediately said hi. He then proceeded to ask how Lee wasn't scared of him, observing the fact that she always found opportunities to mock him. Ryleigh smiled and explained, "Well, when you've lived with that part-animal part-man for 13 years, you can get him to tolerate you."
The boy seemingly got the fact that the two were siblings. Lee then continued and introduced herself to him, "Anyways, I'm Ryleigh, from Chicago, Illinois. Your turn now Carrot Top!". The boy grinned towards her and replied with, "Well, Apple Rye, I'm Lester Averman from Brooklyn Park, Minnesota"
Lee cocked her eyebrow up at the name 'Apple Rye' and chuckled asking the reasoning behind it. Averman responded with, "Well, since you called me a food, I thought it would be best to do it to you as well. I'll let you call me Carrot Cake to make it up to you or something!". The two laughed together and Lee spoke up, "Apple Rye and Carrot Cake.. Lester Averman, I think we're gonna be great friends."
