"Let me get this straight. You drink grape juice in the morning... and you like it?"

Ryleigh questioned the Duck's captain, whose name she learnt was Charlie Conway.

"Yeah, I drink grape juice in the morning, so what?" he replied in confusion. It wasn't that it was wrong or anything, Lee just didn't see grape juice as something to drink in the morning. Maybe orange or apple juice but never grape juice.

"Alright Grape-Boy, could you pass me the Frosted Flakes then? I am absolutely starving.". The two of them laughed at the nickname as they kept eating their breakfast.

A few minutes later, Dwayne, who was joined by two others, a blonde guy with his arm wrapped around a brunette girl, came down for breakfast as well. The three of them joined Charlie and Ryleigh and started a friendly conversation. Goodwill Games, Texas, Chicago, anything that interested them about the two newbies.

All the kids were now downstairs enjoying their breakfast. Lee was sitting with some of the new friends she had made. She had begun to learn some of the Duck's names and numbers. For example, that guy she had started arguing with when they first met was called Guy and his girlfriend was Connie, the captain who she'd met earlier was Charlie and 99 was Adam.

As Lee was talking to the people in front of her, a guy she recognised as the one who helped her up in the rope exercise walked in and sat down with the group.

"Hey Jesse! We were just listening to Ryleigh talk about this movie that she watched back in Chicago" Connie said to the boy as he grabbed an apple to eat. Ryleigh looked at the boy with a smile and greeted him with a "Hey!"

Jesse recognised the girl and introduced himself, saying "I don't think I really introduced myself, I'm Jesse Hall". Lee smiled coyly and replied, "I'm Ryleigh Portman, but you can just call me Lee. Same goes for all of you." Lee felt herself grinning a lot when Jesse sat down and talked, she found it weird but let it happen anyways.

Guy then started a conversation about the Goodwill Games and how exciting they must be. Opinions of how fun the whole thing would be came from everyone as the group continued talking.

The team were gathered into a room where a gigantic box was covered by a sheet of fabric. Ryleigh sat on the edge of a table next to Les and the goalie, Goldberg. Mr Tibbles then jogged into the room and unveiled the box to see an enlarged cereal box with Team USA's face on it. Everybody was filled with awe as they tried to find their faces on the box. Lee found herself in front of Luis and Dean beaming a bright smile.
