Madeline hugged Mrs. Weasley as she opened the door to The Burrow, and Hermione ran inside.
"Thank you so much for letting us visit, Mrs. Weasley!" Maddie said, looking around the Weasleys kitchen. "I haven't been here...in what seems like forever!"
"Aw, your welcome, dear. Are you hungry? It's almost lunch." Mrs. Weasley said, walking over to the cabinets and pulling out various foods.
Maddie shook her head. "Don't worry about it, Mrs. Weasley, Mom and Dad fed us before we came."
Mrs. Weasley nodded before taking some bowls out of the drawers. "We're going to be having chicken soup for lunch."
"Sounds good." Maddie said, before looking up and hearing thumping. 'Where are Fred and George?"
"You'll be able to hear them." Mrs. Weasley replied, filling the bowl with water. Maddie ran up the stairs, and strained her ears. A loud BOOM floated in the air from the first door on the left, so she knocked.
"Mum, we're not doing anything!" She heard George's voice say.
"George, its me, Maddie!" Maddie said through the door.
"MADDIE?!" Both voices said, and she heard fighting to get to the door. Finally, Fred opened the door, with George laying on the ground beside him.
"Hello guys." Maddie said, stepping into their room, and over the fallen figure of George. George scrambled up after Maddie stepped over him.
"I like what you did with the place." Maddie observed the paint splatters on the wall, along with the dust and red goo slipping down.
"Thanks." Fred said. "Its for WWW."
"Have you told your mother about it yet?" Maddie asked. She turned around.
"She...kind of figured it out herself." George said, scratching the back of his head.
"How?" Maddie was amused. She sat down on the twin's desk chair and listened as they retold the story of Mrs. Weasley's anger of finding the forms for Weasley's Wizard Wheezes.

Maddie was woken up by Hermione early in the morning of the day that the Quidditch World Cup was taking place.
"Maddie!" Hermione whispered. "Wake up!"
Maddie rolled over in her pop up mattress. She and Hermione were sleeping in the same room as Ginny, and since there wasn't enough room, Mrs. Weasley had accioed the spare mattresses and created a bunk bed for Ginny and Hermione to sleep on, and Maddie said that she was fine with sleeping on the ground.
"Mione, it's too early!" Maddie groaned, then pulled the pillow over her head. Hermione pulled the pillow off.
"Mrs. Weasley told me to wake you! It's the Quidditch World Cup!"
When these words reached Maddie's ears, she threw her blankets off, quickly made them, then ran downstairs. Ginny was already sleepily eating some cereal.
"Hey Ginny." Maddie said, now wide awake. Ginny yawned and waved.
Hermione came down the stairs, followed by Ron, and Harry Potter.
"Ugh, I wish I could apparate." Ron grumbled. "Then we wouldn't have to wake up so early."
"Same." Came two identical voices. Fred and George appeared behind them, already changed, but their eyes were half-closed. "But we and Maddie only have to wait another year."
