A Girl from a Strange Land: A Tuffnut Fanfiction

Chapter 4

The next morning, Tuffnut was the first one to awaken, before anybody else. He looked over to see the girl still asleep, with their hands still together. Suddenly, he hears voices coming, so he carefully slips his hand from hers, and put it into his lap. Hiccup and Astrid were the ones to enter the Clubhouse, and saw Tuffnut sitting next to the girl. 

"Wow. I did not expect you to actually pull through with this." said a surprised Astrid. 

Tuffnut gets up from his position, only to fall, since his legs had fallen asleep during the night, since he was sitting cross-legged.

"Tuff!" exclaims Hiccup, hurrying over Tuffnut, helping him up. "Are you okay?"

Pain was going through Tuffnut's legs, and said, "No, my legs hurt really badly."

Hiccup guides Tuffnut over to a chair that Astrid had grabbed for him. Tuffnut sits down on the chair, and starts to massage his legs, while the rest of the gang are walking into the clubhouse. 

"Tuff! What happened?" asks Ruffnut, concerned for her brother. 

"My legs hurt becasue I was sitting cross-legged all night, so I lost feeling in my legs at one point." admits Tuffnut, with a sheepish smile.

Soon, Stoick and Gothi walk in, and Gothi shoos all of them out of the Clubhouse again, to check up on the girl. Tuffnut had support from Ruffnut to carefully walk out.

"Does anybody want to go back to the wreck? We might be able to find more stuff since there is more light." suggests Hiccup.

All of them agree, and they mount their dragons and fly back to where the shipwreck was. When they arrive, they start to look for more clues on where the girl might be from. Fishlegs went to the room where they found the map to try to decipher what it says, since he had flown back to Berk in the middle of the night to retreive the scrolls he mentioned the previous day. After about an hour of searching the ship, Astrid and Fishlegs both shout at the same time,

"I FOUND SOMETHING!"
