Luke groaned quietly before his eyes fluttered open. Everything was dark, and he couldn't see anything. He stayed lying in bed for god knows how long and thought over what happened.

He killed someone. He got exiled down to earth. And now he was on a bed.

It took him a moment, as he realized that the bed he was on was not his own, and he started freaking out. He jumped off the bed and opened his wings by instinct. He felt the wings hit hard objects and crash sounds resonated though the room. He turned again towards the crash noise, but more noise were made behind him as his wings crashed into more objects. He slowly felt more and more scared and he fell to the floor with tears in his eyes. Partly from the fact that he didn't know where he was, and partly because his wings were in pain. He folded them back closer to his body and made a cocoon around himself.

Meanwhile, Calum was making his way back to his house. He just got finished having another dinner with Michael's mother and his mom, but again they didn't bring Michael himself. It was truly hard to not role his eyes at the mothers antics. Today they were fighting about who has a longer dick, Liam Payne or Harry styles. Truly idiotic.

He heard crash noises from his house, but not too loud to be heard from the main house. Calum stopped on spot for a second, and ran to the house at full speed, assuming it had something to do with the angel. Maybe he hurt himself? Or worst, did he die?

With that thought in head, he slammed the door open and ran upstairs with two steps at a time. His automatic hall lights shined bright. His door was the last in the hallway of four doors and was painted blue. His mothers choice by the way.

With almost a slip, he opened the door quickly but swiftly and searched the wall for the light switch. He turned it on once his hand found it and saw the Angel. He was crouch down in a fatal position in the corner of his room, his wings covering most parts of him. The boy looked absolutely terrified.

Upon hearing the door open and the lights shine bright, Luke peaked over his wings a bit. He brought his hands up to wipe his tears so that he could see the human. At least, he thought the person at the door was human. But he could only see blurry as the tears continued.

Calum stared at him for a long while, assessing him and his state of mind. The angel was probably terrified, and felt alone. He studied Angels, and most of the websites mentioned that angels with black wings were once the purest of whites. That they were exiled down to earth for doing something bad. At least, that's what most websites said.

All he knew officially was that the boy was defiantly a fallen angel with his black wings, but since it felt so wrong to Calum to call the boy a fallen angel he just sticked with calling him angel.

Both boys stayed planted on spot, no words exchanged. Finally, after many mental debates, Calum decided to speak first. Manly because he knew that Earth was his safe haven and the angel felt probably very overwhelmed.

"Are you okay?" he asked, partially already knowing the answer. Like really, the boy had a soft cast on one of his arm and on of his wings, bandages all over his chest area (which was well defined but in a skinny sort of way, but Calum would never say that out loud) and he had deep cuts in some places. Also, he was covered in band aids.

Luke cowered more in the corner, and left his mind to drift into more thought. The guy at the door had an Australian accent, so they must have been in Australia. Back in angel school, one of his favorite classes was geography. In that class they learned about the geography of heaven and of earth and spoke of the languages earth contained. Luke was kinda a big deal back in heaven, because he was the only one in his year to have memorized 17 languages, including English.

Something tapped Luke's shoulder, and he jumped high. He whimpered and started crawling away suddenly feeling more fear for the boy in front of him. Maybe he was going to kill him, maybe he was going to direct him like in one of the human horror movies he watched.

"Hey hey hey, it's okay, I'm not gonna hurt ya." The standing boy muttered, crouching down directly in front of Luke. The taller boy crawled backwards until his back hit the corner of the room. Calum proceeding to crouching right in front of the boy who couldn't escape. "It's okay" Calum gently grabbed the Angels none hurt wings and moved it so he could have a better look at the blonde. "I'm not gonna hurt you." He repeated with sincerity, pulling his hands away when Luke flinched in pain. Maybe he did hurt that wing. "My names Calum."

Luke stared at the brown pupils while they stared back. At that point, it was a competition to see who would look away first. Luke lost, feeling scared and shoved his head into his knees.

The Asian looking one awkwardly scratched the back of his neck, suddenly feeling the need to explain stuff. "Um.....well as you probably know, you fell from the sky and landed here on earth. Um yeah, and um, I patched you up because you were heavily injured. And then I brought you to my place and now you're here." He quite awkwardly explained.

Luke didn't say nothing, didn't even make eye contact. Calum sighed and sat up, starting to make his way to the door. It was already getting late, so he decided to try again tomorrow. He could just sleep on the couch tonight. Just as he opened the door, he heard the angel speak.

".....I'm Luke...."
