AN YEAR LATER:

"What's your name?" A women around the age of 30 to 35 asks me, her hair as dark as my black leather jacket, her skin looking pale, her face with light cheek-bones and heavy eye bags

That, is my mother. My hair tucked into a bun and my face fully covered in a different person.

My hair a now dark red, eye contacts in my eyelids making my eyes hazel and my usual style changed into a complete different person.

I changed is an understatement.

I was in a mission, to kill my mother.

See: she had been trying to get me back or something like so and my father saw her as trouble and in the way of his great "plans"

"Uh- Hi," I say taking my hand out to shake hers "my name is... Alexa," I say with a smile as tears were daring to come out, the name meant something special to my mom

It was my grandma's name from my mother's side "Oh! Nice name you have there." She says smiling as she files my nails. I begin to worry about the plan we had: my mom works at a nail salon, Anton wanted my mother to be killed by the end of the day

If not, my father (Anton) will kill Sarah,John B and the person I care the most for; JJ, if I don't go along with this plan

Save many for just one death

Why do I care, don't I hate her?

"Do- you have any kids?" I ask smiling wanting to know what she'll say

"Yes, one. Her name is Kiara, she's off the college." She says as she's clueless at what really is happening

"She's a hard shell, yet I don't blame her I am very hard on her." She says checking the acrylic she just filed

"What do you think she's doing now?" I ask as a tear is daring to go down my cheek

" hmm," she hummed "Probably off at a party or saving the world with her huge brain. She's a smart girl." She says smiling and looks at me

"Oh- are you well? Am I going to hard-" she says as she sees my tears "uh- No, y- I'm just going through a hard break up and stuff you know?" I say throwing my head back getting her to shake head "yeah, yeah, I understand." She says

"My husband, he uh... left me for some other person he loved more than me, what hurt me the most is that he never thought of our daughter." She says making me shake my head

I close my eyes " I- I can't do it." I say under my breathe as I tap on my earpiece to turn off

I stand up and leave a $20 tip on the table, and leave.

I speed walk out of the salon and run to the white truck out at the parking lot

My father, having his gun pointed at JJ in the car making me shake my head "Why?" I ask
