Y'all I might have a problem with making a new book it's just so....exciting for me especially continuing stories. I made this book cause of a personal request from a friend at school so I hope you enjoy
Your pov Today was like any other day in Neo Ado in Lord Kagane's palace except today is more annoying than other days. Kagane running his mouth more than usual about himself, you must be wondering why I live in the palace. I live there cause my grandfather is a general soldier/master assassin and Lord Kagane's guard which is a pretty big deal for him but he doesn't mind. My grandfather has a gift called The Power Of Chi, the energy of life itself, a balance of yin and yang, positive and negative, electromagnetic energy which flows through every creation. Someday I'm gonna learn Chi and be like my grandfather. "Y/n come down for a minute" a voice called me coming from underneath me, I looked down and hopped off the ceiling floorboard and onto the ground saluting to grandfather "At your command sir" I stood straight trying to hold a snicker or two "I'll be out on duty for 7 hours to handle a few things, can you handle being alone in the palace Sargent?" He asked with a smile and an eyebrow raised "sir yes sir"
Just as he left the room I grabbed my satchel and made my way out of the palace threw my window. I hopped onto a branch and climbed my way down to the city to search for some more equipment and probably some food on the way
(50 minutes later)
After making it into the city I got some mochi and started searching in a dark ally, I went through a few boxes of abandoned mechanical parts and a few cracked small mechanic bolts but finally, I found the right part and shoved them into my satchel and took maybe a few metal scraps. "Next up, just a few more wheels, and im good to go" I mumbled to me and walked out of the dark ally and looked for some more. Until I had a dangerous but clever place to look in "bat territory. They have loads of good stuff I could use" I thought and bounced from wall to wall and onto rooftops so I won't get spotted. As I made my way into bat territory and began my search, I found a lot of things I needed and some worthless things until I can across a perfectly working undamaged engine "now who would throw away a perfectly good engine?" Carefully I stuffed it into my satchel and was about to head out until I was stopped by a bat
"Look we're the (favorite animal) dragged into. Stealing from us huh?" Admiral Nochi flew down as the other bats surrounded me "stole? First off this stuff is abandoned so technically not stealing and second you weren't even using this stuff" I answered taking a few steps back and thinking of ways of how ill make it out of here "doesn't matter it's on our territory it's ours. now hand them over or it won't end so easily for you" he threatened moving closer, after my example calculations I realized I had a trick up my sleeve that will hopefully keep the bats from chasing me, I smirked at the bat "your gonna have to catch me first big shorty" I snatched out a nightshade powder bomb and smashed it into the ground causing a huge cloud of smoke fill the air, I pushed up my mask and ran from the scene "dumb bats" I laughed and slide underneath a garage and made my way the roof and ran off but unfortunately I got tackled off the roof and onto the concrete ground but successfully landed on the ground.
Admiral came flying to me at full speed cocking back his blade at the time of his wing "oh you wanna go? THEN let's GO YOU YOU FLYIN RAT" I ran up and slipped underneath him and kneed him in the stomach causing him to fly higher "why you-" quickly he flew down ready to strike again but I was ready until
*ClANG*
The fight between me and the general was interrupted by a boy rabbit "you know it's not nice to pick on others" the rabbit pushed his blade forcefully causing the bat to be pushed farther away "I'll come back for you" the general flew away leaving me with the rabbit "I know you wanted to help in all but I got it taken care of" I grumbled looking around the ground for my satchel "really? It didn't seem like you did" he handed me my satchel 'well I did and...thanks" I took my satchel and placed it over my shoulder but the rabbit looked a little familiar "Wait didn't again put a price on your head saying that the yokai is a hoax?" I asked with a brow raised "uh.....no?" He was looking nervous and his heartbeat was racing "you're lying 'cause your heartbeat increased and this poster says otherwise" With that, I showed him a poster I found he looked anit surprised, I crumbled up the paper and tossed it away "Im not gonna turn you in though, I have no intentions with me" he sighed and relief and thanked me.
"I'm Yuichi Usagi descendant of Miyamoto Usagi" now that name clicked to me "really!?. My grandfather knew Usagi since he was a beginner" I gushed in excitement practically hopping up and down "wait your grandfather (G/n)?......THE (G/N) MASTER OF CHI AND TOP DANGEROUS ASSASSIN!?" he asked as he was practically was about to do the same as me about to bounce like a big fan at a concert "HECK YEAH" I shouted "I read all about Usagi's adventures and everything" "oh my gosh ME TOO" we both began to squeal our heads off excited that we like the same thing
"Great now we have two nerds" I look to this side to meet an old friend of mine "hey kitsune still stealing huh?" I joked with a smirk "you know I am" she replied as we did out the secret handshake

"Wait you know each other?" Yuichi asked "sure do we have known each other since we were little" I explained "sorry im late I had to run to the hospital, though I caught a fever" a rhino came by "and I had to get him out" a cat came from behind him "whoa these your friend's kitsune?" I examined them curiously "you didn't bet them into something crazy did you?" I joked making a giggle leave her mouth "nope not this time. Guys this is (y/n), they may know something about a yokai" while they were talking I noticed a floating blue ball coming out the alleyway and back further in "if you're talking about a blue glowing ball that's floating im pretty sure it went in that ally" I pointed out
"Thanks, kitsune friend" the rhino thanked and ran off with the cat "yeah thanks for the help, and mind fixing this...again" kitsune handed me a gold small music box "ill see about it" with that she followed the rhino now it was just me and Yuichi "I should get going thanks for the help and im a big fan of your grandfather bye" he waved and left to the other, I waved back and headed home.
"Huh looks like my day is turning up," I said to myself pleased "free (favourite food) come and get it" a old wolf yelled in a stand that sold one of my favorites "even better" I rushed in and started ordering.
