This story was in my draft and I decided to update this for now. I have finished this story so don't worry whether I will leave this a incomplete one. I don't know whether you guys will like as I have written this exactly two years ago. I will update based on your opinion or I will delete this. Do share your reviews.

And about other stories, I forgot the plot so it may take some time. I will update some stories that I have in my drafts. Thank you.

Ram wiped his tears stealthily seeing the girl who he loved with his whole heart and imagined a life with her is getting married to his friend. Ram loved vedika as both were neighbours and both the family shared a good relationship. Vedika too loved him both were happy in their own world without their family's knowledge. They didn't think anyone will oppose their love as their families shared a close bond. Everything was fine, Ram was in his final year of MBA while vedika was in her UG final year. At Vedika's house they started looking for a alliance for her. So vedika asked Ram to talk to their family about them. Not having any other option, Ram talked to his father about his love. Ram's father was apprehensive about talking to vedika's family as Ram is still in his final year. Ram assured that they will get married 2 or 3 years  later but for now he wants his father to inform Vedika's parents about their relationship like vedika asked him to.

Ram's father Virender Raj Kapoor agreed understanding his son's plight. Next day, Ram and his dad went to speak to vedika's mother and father about Ram's and Vedika's love. Vedika's parents were shocked on learning that. They asked for time because they want to give it a thought as vedika is their only daughter. Virender understanding their parental feelings asked them to think and take a good decision. Ram did promised them that he will get a good job in the campus interview and assured them he will take care of vedika. Vedika's parents just nodded their head not saying anything further, Ram was confused with their behaviour as Vedika's parents were always close to him than his brother shubam and he thought they will be happy for him and vedika. Today he felt like they were little hostile towards them. Virender and Ram left Vedika's home after virender asking them to take a good decision as he wants only their children's happiness. Ram who forgot his bike keys ( vedika's family shifted to a new place two years back) in Vedika's home came back only to listen to their heated argument.
Vedika's mom: do you even know what you have gotten yourself into?
Vedika: what is wrong with Ram? I love him ma
Vedika's dad: nothing is wrong with him beta. But his family.
Vedika: what about his family?
Vedika mom: even though virender Bhai is like my own brother, I want my daughter's happiness first. Vedika see Ram doesn't have mother, if you get married to him you need take care of his family, his younger brother shubam and younger sister shivina along with his father. I don't think you needed this much responsibility in such a age where you should be enjoying your life with your husband. They are not financially stable,Ram will be the one who takes care of  shivina's marriage and shubhu's studies in future. Then what will you have for yourself. I don't think this will be a perfect match for you. These love will fade away once you started getting financial troubles
Vedika's dad: I agree with your ma vedika. All we need is your happiness.  Will you be able to take care of them? You have got another alliance, even he is in the final year of MBA but they have a family business, he is the only son for them. They are rich, he will be able to fulfill all your wishes. Think and decide. Don't take any decision in haste. Your whole life depends on your one decision. That's all we have to say you.

Ram expected vedika to say something but she stayed silent that got him thinking. Ram rang the bell not wanting to make them uncomfortable.
Vedika mom: Ram do you want anything?
Ram:  woh my bike keys.
Vedika: here it is Ram.
Ram: thank you. Bye
With that Ram silently left Vedika's home. Raj who was waiting for his son saw Ram in thoughts.
Raj: everything will be fine Ram.
Ram: ji papa.
